Came in to the camp. This blond girl didn't even say hi to me when I walked in. I know she saw me, we made eye contact. What I look for in a fitness business is friendly staff. That blond girl didn't say hi, smile, wave, nothing.

Everyone here is friendly. I started a few months ago. From day 1, everyone here was patient with me as I was slowly learning through the various workouts. I feel a lot healthier and more fit than I was prior to walking in.

Poor business practice. I'm in the military and recently got stationed around the area. I've been to many Camps before as I'm constantly moving around due to orders. This is the first time/camp I have requested a cancellation and got charged the following month's bill 2 weeks in advance.I signed up in August and was only able to attend a couple classes due to the work schedule being changed. I didn't cancel because I didn't want to go anymore. I did because what sense does it make to pay a membership when I'm not going to be able to attend. I thought they'd be more understanding of the situation but they didn't.Got charged the month of September 2 weeks ahead of my bill cycle. Yesica said negative on the refund. This installation is not to be considered worthy of your time and money.

I've been coming here for a couple of months now. After I got out of the military I thought I'd never do a burpee again, let alone pay some place to tell me to do them! I hadn't worked out in years and all I have to say is the staff, trainers, and members here are great. Good vibes all around. I think I've encountered every trainer and they are all motivating. The struggle is real but they are encouraging the whole way through and are always there to help with corrections or modifications. Front desk folks are all super nice, they greet you by name, which I appreciate. I've seen a few of them work out with us, which is cool. Since 5/4/23- I'm proud to say that along with my diet and coming here a few times a week, I'm down 19lbs. I'm not not participating in any of their challenges but I see members who are, seeing their progress is awesome and motivates me to keep going.

I have coming here since March 2023 this has not only become my 2nd home but all the trainers and front desk staff are amazing and motivating! Carols is one of my favorites, these trainers have a smile and are always supportive! And all the members have turned into family! I truly love it here and I am so thankful for everyone!

i weigh 115 lbs and the owner suggested i enter the program to loose 20lbs when i said that it might not be healthy to loose that much weight for me she said her machine could tell her. weather someone is under weight or over weight, the owner should be empathetic and understand under to the community she is working to sell her program to or at least ask when our goals are. it felt like she is feeding off peoples insecurities to make a profit. anyway the instructors are amazing and the community is motivating. 187$ for membership and crossfit is right around the same price. join crossfit instead. 400$ something for weight loss program.

Poor business model. Husband signed up with good intention and commitment. Participated in 4 classes, 5th class had an anxiety attack (less than 10 minutes in) and had to leave (he did disclose to instructor what was going on). We were charged twice for membership and boot camp over $300. After evaluation from a psyc doctor and a Ortho surgeon, it was said this was too much for my husband mentally and physically to continue. He received doctor notes and Ortho disclosed he needed surgery with 9- 12 mo recovery and shared with "the camp." The Camp did not accept any doctor notes and kept charging our account. We called and called. Basically had to show face at the gym to question why calls were not returned in 3 weeks. Basically $300 gone because they would not refund even a portion of what actually used of the 4 days of attendance. They just said, we are sorry, we all go through difficult times but recommend you use the membership (wtf). How do you use membership when a doctor is saying you can't do to muscle tears and surgery required?! Poor business model is all I have to say when life hits your family affecting it financially and physically even with supporting doctor notes and not even a partial refund. The Camp did Not even an offer to put our account on hold or transfer classes to another family member. Will never return and will be letting family and friends know of our experience. 4 classes for over $300 and charged again $159 ummmm yeah it's like our money was stolen and no empathy given despite one's circumstances! They don't really care...they just want your $$$. 5/3/23: per the response of the owner, no we would never reconsider doing business with "the camp". One week in and we requested a refund do to two circumstance with doctor notes which includes needing major muscle surgery. We were told yes, by an employee that the cancellation was taking place. However, nope. And never did we get a call from owner about our circumstance even though we left messages 3 weeks into our enrollment. The least the owner/the camp could do to keep a customer is place the account on hold so we could use what we paid for at a later date or transfer to a family member. Owner decided to not call back in 3 weeks until we saw yet another charge a month later and have to physically go to the location to talk about the charge again. Sorry Camp... you do not have a good business model. You care about money. Being a small business means you also take care of community members, goes both ways to keep customers. Only attended 4 true classes and charged for challenge and membership and again for membership which was supposed to be cancelled 3weeks ago. Waiting for a refund for the "May" charge however good businesses would accommodate as i addressed prior. Community of cypress and surrounding areas that want to join "the camp" please be aware.
