I have been going to Kington group for our taxes for over 20 years. And my parents for over 30 years. I started with Ron & now with Ronalee. Both have always been great to my husband and I. My Sister and Brother in Law also go to Kington for their taxes.

DO NOT SCHEDULE/WORK WITH RONALEE. I've had family members referred to this place after I recommended them the Kington group. Unfortunately they were scheduled to speak and work with Ronalee. One of the worst individuals I've ever met and did not care to hear what questions you may have had. Completely incompetent and rude and it shows because she is one to talk down on you. I've had Lance prepare my taxes for years, never would I have imagined anyone working in that office to come off as vile and nasty as this Ronalee person. My family will be looking for another tax preparer.

Similar to another person below on this review Ronalee is absolutely terrible. I was referred to her by a friend and will never come back her. She was rude, not personable and did NOT help me with my taxes at all. Because of her I ended up owing more than I should have. When I asked her why this was missed she said and I quote " I emailed you asking what number you want me to put down for the business". I obviously know very little about taxes and paid for her service. Then when I responded she blamed it on me and told me best luck on my business endeavors. Would not recommend anyone go here absolutely terrible service.

Met with Zack Kington today and had a great experience. I had to file for my child the first time and didn't know what I was doing. He educated me and helped me save a hefty amount vs if I had done it alone through turbo tax. We were able to knock out the my dependents taxes in 12 mins for two 1099 forms to my kid (I really timed him). Definitely a great choice.
