Great place for Toyota or Lexus service. The guys are always really friendly and helpful when they answer the phone. They fixed the car at a much better price than the dealer!

The master mechanic really knows what what he is doing. He was able to identify and resolve and issue 3 other mechanics could not.

Can't say enough good things about Robert and Jared. SO glad I found them. Someone stole my catalytic converter and I was desperate to get a replacements. Called around a million places and many people were difficult to get a hold of. The dealerships were the worst. Fortunately Jared called me back immediately and said my timing was perfect. He had me in and out in a few days. He even fixed an airbag sensor issue that had been bothering my car. These guys are solid, professional, really nice, and honest, and know what they are doing. They didn't push any services and even when I asked for things, they recommended what made more sense. No wonder they are super busy. They even referred me to a cat shield place when i asked.

Took my Tundra in for an oil change. First time at this location. Was met by Jared and was taken care of quickly. During the oil change and inspection, they found a leaking rear axle main seal. Jared pointed it out to me and mentioned there was a TSB for that issue as well. The price for the change was great and below cost anywhere else that I could find. The conversation and knowledge from both Robert and Jared is very professional. I highly recommend this shop for your Toyota.PS-right after went over to Toyota of Huntington Beach, and was able to confirm the TSB for the problem. The dealer is taking care of it under warranty. Definitely a win-win day for me.

I like to say THANK YOU!! THANK YOU!! to Robert and his team at "THE TOY SHOP" I'm from Las Vegas and drove to California for a Disneyland weekend with my family. We arrived Sunday morning at our hotel and the starter went out in my 2008 Toyota Sequoia. I contacted The Toy Shop first thing Monday morning explained my situation. Robert said he will need to check the schedule and see what he could do,within a few hrs he called me back. He was able to take my car in at 8am Tuesday morning also gave me an estimate. I arranged a tow truck to drop it Monday night and dropped the keys in the drop box. First thing Tuesday morning they confirmed it was the starter and had my Sequoia repaired by the end of the day. Im so glad we still have honest people In the automotive industry. Clearly I could easily been a person who could of been taken advantage of. The city of Cypress is lucky to have you in their neighborhood. THANK YOU, THANK YOU

This one is kind of a weird review, but it's based on a phone call. I have never actually gone to get my car serviced by The Toy Shop.During my last routine maintenance at the Toyota dealership, they told me that my fuel injectors needed something (replacement or maintenance, I don't quite remember). They told me they can do it for about $200. I told them that I may do it next time my car is serviced. The guy told me that I mat want to get it done sooner than later. I drive a 2021 Rav4 Prime. Today, I called the Toy Shop just to get an estimate. Robert answered the phone and was very helpful. I explained the situation to him, and he took the vin number and looked up the info. He also told me that, because of how new the car is, it is most likely a sales tactic that Toyota is trying to pull. He told me that replacement of all fuel injectors would cost about $1K to $1500 or more. When he said the maintenance is about $200, I told him that's what I was quoted. He told me I could purchase the fuel injector fluid and do it myself, but most gas stations (Arco, Mobil, Chevron, 76) already come with the fluid mixed in the gas, so the fact that my car (being so new) needed it was shocking. The fact that he was willing to be so honest at the cost of a potential customer was a very pleasant surprise to me. He totally could have taken advantage of my ignorance, but he didn't. If something ever happens where I need maintenance on my car, I will go straight to the Toy Shop! All the reviews about the kindness and honesty are real!

I've been screwed over by a lot of mechanics in my day. Sold bad parts. Over charged for parts. Extensive hours of labor on small projects. These guys are NOTHING like that. They charge near list price for all parts and charge $105 hourly for labor. Which in my opinion id rather spend a few extra bucks on labor per hour, than get raked over the coals on parts. Good guys that know what they are doing! I'll be coming back here with my Tacoma from now on, and so will my family.

My Lexus was due for it's 100k + service and I did not want to deal with dealership and their outrageous prices. Called up the Toy Shop, explained my situation and was told to bring it in the next morning. I got to the shop before they open, then when it opened I spoke with Robert (owner) who greeted me with a smile and friendly manner. Explained my situation and he throughly explained what they needed to do first since it is my first time using their services. Robert was kind enough to get his mechanic to inspect and assess my car first since their 1st appointment hasn't shown up. It probably took about 20-30 minutes inspection and then Robert explained what services my car needed and to my surprise he said they could have my car done later that day. I was totally expecting to be told that I would need to schedule an appointment to get it done. My car got new spark plugs, oil change, filters and other things pertaining to 100k service. I picked up my car later as promised and man the difference is night and day. I am happy/satisfied with the way the car drives and how fast it feels now. I thought their prices were fair and customer service is top notch. Props to the mechanic who worked on my car. I highly recommend this shop for your Toyota/Lexus services.

We were looking for someone to take care of our 2021 4Runner. Although we don't have any real issues at the moment, we wanted to find someone who we could trust for our future service needs. We asked for referrals from our neighbors and we received an overwhelming response to hire The Toy Shop. Today, I met with the owner (Robert, I believe) and he was a kind, friendly, and an honest man. He was able to answer all of my questions and I felt more than comfortable with him. We plan on being long term customers. They took care of our service ahead of schedule, and their prices were more than competitive.
