I will never buy this brand tire again. Spent nearly $800 on 4 new tires, 6 weeks after purchasing, I had a flat tire, company won't stand behind their product. Flat was from nothing I did, cracked on the inside of the tire, not on the outside. Now I don't feel comfortable with the remaining 3 tires. Worst company EVER!!

I'm a huge fan of Toyo Tires and have them on two of my street/road race cars. I recently called Tracy in their Cypress corporate office for assistance with a question about my Toyo Proxy RR tires and again this past week to assist with another order for Toyo R888R tires, (335-30-18 & 315-30-18) on my 70 Camaro. She's a terrific representative for Toyo and certainly earned my continued business. Toyo Tires perform extremely well for me on the street and road racing tracks! My cars can be seen at www.RyanRacing7.com

I purchased a 4-set of these tires along with a 60k mi warranty. Their communication w/ the dealerships that they partner with is horrible and it is clear that expectations and processes are not passed down to those who need it most: customers. I called them to address the process for having the tires assessed and replaced and reached a representative from their sites customer service line that was rude and inconsiderate. Despite providing clear, articulate info regarding the issues with the tires she repeatedly spoke over me and said that I never stated the initial issues with the tire and got in a "no you didn't" battle with me for no reason at all. She was snarky and also spoke poorly about another retailer that sells their tires: WalMart stating that they were an insufficient entity to speak on the tires and brushed off them as a car service provider. I am sure that if they were aware of this they would reconsider having your tires in their stores. The tires lost tread faster than the original tires on my vehicle and had a malfunction (at no fault of my own) that was unable to be repaired after less than 2 years. I would not recommend these for an AWD.

My experience isn’t exactly at this location but with Toyo tires in general. Been a customer for nearly 20 years. Bought a set of 6 each 225/70R/19.5” tires for my 2017 Ram 5500. I put 5K miles on them and all 6 tires chipped out. High spots everywhere. Long story short, after a couple of months of back/forth and me sending the tires in to be tested in White, Georgia, Toyo deemed the tires were good and the truck was the issue. I took the truck to Dodge(truck had 35,000 miles on it) and they confirmed what I knew, the truck is 100% fine. So I’m stuck with paying an additional $450 to ship the tires back to me on top of the $2500 I’ve already spent. Stay away from this horrible excuse for a business. NEVER again will I buy, own or recommend any Toyo brand product. Highly dissatisfied.

The worst...I bought a new Highlander in October and I have to replace the Toyo tires already with just 15,000 miles. If you buy a Highlander make sure you do not get these TOYO tires.. Really sucks. I also had a blow out a few weeks ago.
