I needed some parts to repair my boat trailer brake system.They had all the parts I needed at good prices.But most of all, the friendly advice I needed was the very valuable to me.You can't get that ordering from a website!! I also had a problem installing a part...they suggested I bring the boat by and they would take a look.Without hesitation Matt came outside and installed the part within minutes(no charge)Absolutely great customer service!Would give ten stars if I could!!

Here's my almost 17,000$ shadow 3 ski trailer 2 years in. These people won't even make anything right I tried reaching out through email and Jeannie won't return my emails from last year. What a joke and definitely don't do business with these people. Literally have to strip this entire trailer and re powder coat everything. Took it to a couple trailer places and both couldn't believe the workmanship. Can't wait to spend 5k to fix there own mistakes.

Needed tires for a utility trailer. Went to Shadow on a recommendation from a friend and was highly pleased with the service I received. Very friendly and informative and had me ready to go in a very reasonable amount of time. So impressed that I went back a few weeks later for a set of tires for my boat trailer. Same experience as the first visit. Awesome team there at Shadow.

Shadow Trailers replaced all the wheels and tires on my boat trailer. Two days later I was taking the boat to Big Bear Lake. On the way up the mountain one of the wheels came off the trailer and left me stranded on the side of the road. While on the side of the road I checked all the other lug nuts on the trailer and found that they where all loose. When I took the trailer back to Shadow Trailers to replace the damaged wheel (180 mile round trip) the owner Fritz gave me a hard time and was a total and complete J****** I spoke with Fritz two days before going back for the repair. He checked the paperwork from the original work order when the wheels and tires where installed. He told me to bring the trailer back and he would replace the damaged wheel. When I brought the trailer in for the repair Fritz told me that the original work they performed was out of warranty. I explained the situation to him two days earlier on the phone before bringing the trailer back to his shop to avoid that situation. The conversation at his shop between Fritz and I became heated but Fritz finally decided to replace the wheel. I spent $1486.00 for the work on my trailer, spent a $130.00 on fuel bring the trailer back and wasted another day because of their poor workmanship. Luckily no one was killed or injured from the tire coming off and spinning out of control into oncoming traffic.

The are on poing and get the job done correctly!! I wouldnt have taken my trailer anywhere else! Fritz is on point and make you feel confirtable every step of the way!! Shadow trailers is the only place to go so dont even look anymore and head over asap to get wjat you need or fox what you need foxed the proper way!!

On a days notice, I needed two new main tires and a replacement spare wheel and tire for an essential trip. Called and spoke to Carol who facilitated the sale. Fritz directed completion of the service. All this done within my abridged schedule. The staff was quick, polite and professional. Highly recommend and will definitely used again.

This review is based on the experience that I had and may be different than what others may experience: I spoke to Fritz about getting my tandem axle trailer completely renovated. He mentioned that it would be around 4500-5500 total when complete but would look brand new. I had to think about this as this is a little out of my original budget. With that being said, I called back in a few hours excited about the fact that although I had to shell approx. 5000k, I would have a brand new (or at least a newly renovated trailer). I was on hold. 5 minutes later, still on hold. 10 minutes later, still on hold. I thought no harm done as I was working on my computer while I was waiting. OVER 15 minutes and still on hold. Needless to say, I hung up. I brought my trailer elsewhere for complete sandblasting, powder- coating and repairs for 50% less than what Shadow would charge. Thank you Shadow Trailer for doing me a favor. I appreciate it! Lol

I want to thank Shadow Trailers and the staff. I brought my truck there because I was having a problem with an electric brake control and I wanted my trailer working properly for my Thanksgiving weekend desert trip. I came to Shadow Trailers on the day BEFORE Thanksgiving and they troubleshot my truck on the spot without an appointment (despite being obviously very busy) in less than hour. Thank you Shadow Trailers!

Absolutely disgusting customer service. Called the office after the staff took it upon themselves to put there hands on my car, leave obscene notes and park a lift against the rear of my car. I was parked on the side walk along with 20+ other cars, and no signage stating not to park on this sidewalk. I wanted to see what the problem was and instead recieved verbal threats against me and my property. Completely uncalled for. There is no need for such immaturity and obscene behavior.

i called to get pricing and availability on some trailer parts. Carol helped me out and she was AMAZING. she told me that their shipments are behind and will not have the part for the next few days but gave me parts numbers and info for other places i could find the parts. I also mentioned that it was for a water application and she made other recommendations based off of that so i get something that will not be damaged by constant exposure to water. I will be coming back here for all of my trailer needs
