Every time I show up they have clean shelves clean place. Like the staff they're very friendly and nice. Some people just need to slow down and understand that there is people online. It's not the staff's fault. Just take a breath people and enjoy the beauty

To be honest, I'm more of CVS guy. But this place is more convenient to me. The staff here has always met my expectations. I'm making a point to leave a five-star review because today someone working there went out of the way to help me.As a guy, I was lost in the ladies hair care section. The staff member working helped me pick out an item. The product made my lady friend happy, which made me happy. ?

Only giving a star because there are no other options for zero. I hate all Walgreens pharmacies. This one today never got my prescription even though I have confirmation! and what does the tech say? Sorry, it's going to be 30 min. I put this order in 4 hours ago! So I can walk in and out. I asked to expedite this and he said we're short-staffed and there is a line. Well ok..... but it's not actual medicine to fill. it's just an FN test I need. Fix your customer service. Clearly, the stars are already low at this store for a reason. I get it your short staffed. But that doesn't give you a reason to act unprofessional. He's yelling he can't hear me and I am saying I know I can't speak any louder. You guys are ridiculous.

The pharmacist made me uncomfortable by repeatedly passively stating that they were closed after I waited for fifteen minutes in the drive through… well before closing to just pick up a pre paid prescription that was ready… Sure i get it but maybe stop making customers feel weird when they were present beforehand. Maybe get a different system? Idk. I was literally about to ask if it was ok that I would be seen since I had waited beforehand… but she immediately started complaining. Generally I never have problems here. Just felt like, basic customer service 101…

Now I know why there's so many bad reviews. I had placed an online order pickup since I was in the area. I left the place that I was at and came to the store and my order was still not ready. I asked the lady with black hair if she could process it , I even brought the items up to her and she said oh it would take a while to process and I asked how long because the items are here in front of her already and there was no one in line. She said she can't do it because they close in 30 minutes. This store would rather lose out on business than have to do work. 6/19 - 9:30 p.m

This place is lame. I'm talking about the pharmacy. There's 2 pharmacists and 2 or 3 techs. Waiting forever just to get a shot. Other people walked up and got served ahead of us. The drive thru people are getting served faster. Maybe we should do a drive thru shot. Never coming back here. I hope this affects their business and they learn to straighten their business practice.

Want to get a different story every visit on why you can't get your prescription, this is the place for you. It's like a quest in a movie. They won't look to see what the next issue will be so it takes multiple visits and it takes up to two weeks to solve all their issues. And you don't get a consistant reason from any two employees.

I love this store. Things r easy to find.Customer service needs improvement.There was only one employee working the floor. I waited 10 min b4 someone assisted me at the photo counter.While I was in the parking lot, another customer came back to her car complaining about the service.

Just from a business standpoint. Might not be the smartest idea to let a woman camp out in front selling 2020 election flags and etc while she screams at you to buy or support her cause. I know myself and a few other cars left the parking lot without bothering to get out.

This review is specific to the pharmacy. I've been waiting on my refill all week. Walgreen pharmacy sent me texts every day telling me there was an insurance issue, but when I tapped the link to find out what the issue was, they couldn't tell me. I used the last of my Rx hormones today and I'm desperate for the refill, so I figure I'll use GoodRx if insurance issue hasn't been fixed. I found that Walgreens offers my Rx for $37 (for 1) through GoodRx. I decided to use GoodRx and pay the extra (usually I pay $60 for 2), becauseIwas desperate. When I got there, they couldn't tell me what the insurance issue was for over 15 minutes, then they refused to honor the GoodRx price because it was misentered into their computer and they couldn't fix it. The said I could pay $212 for 1-month's supply. I went back to the GoodRx price and tried to figure out what was wrong there. As mentioned, the medicine was misentered in their system. After 10 minutes of me explaining how grams and ounces work, they agreed the Rx I was getting was offered for $37, but still wanted to charge me $212. Another customer started complaining, and that prompted the pharmacy manager to magically be able to use my insurance all a sudden: with a hitch! I could get only for 1 month for my usual 2 month price- so I would pay $60 for half the prescribedamount. At that point I was like, 'whatever!' I just wanted my Rx and to get out of there. But seriously, if I could've used insurance for 1 month's supply why not let me do that 25 minutes ago??? Also, why not get someone to fix how the hormones were entered into your computer so I could use GoodRx??? And, finally, why couldn't someone have told me what the insurance issue was days ago, when I could've contacted the insurance company snd cleared things up??? This pharmacy sucks and the wait is always very long.

I went there Sunday afternoon. The most rudest unprofessional pharmacy staff I have ever came across. Started out waiting a good 10 minutes to drop off this prescription. Drive thru window said they would fill but going to Lunch in 10 minutes and come back. I was taking a senior citizen to get these filled as I just picked her up from urgent care. We returned to find 1 of 4 was there. There was a mix up and 3 were sent to Walmart in Brea. I asked that they call urgent care facility as my friend in a lot of pain and unable to walk through Walmart. Pharmacy tech (male) very rude and refused any assistance. I called urgent care and they agreed to transfer correct location. Now female at drive up start yelling at me that she had other customers and too busy. Once new prec came thru she said come back again in 30 min. We did but I have never received such bad service and will NEVER even shop at Walgreens again. This place has no business being open to the public
