“I Have had a PO Box here for around 10 years and it has always gone smooth and had relatively good service. But, I have to say that for the last couple years the two main ladies that work here are absolutely fantastic employees and I hope everyone appreciates them as much as our family does. Specifically because the rapid increase of online shopping. I think it’s easy to underestimate the volume of packages that go through a little post office like this. “On June 24, 2024, I received excellent service from clerk 30 in the postal lobby. She helped me mail my documents, and gave me a free receipt!
Let me add that once my documents left the Barstow post office, it became lost, hung up in Riverside when it was only going to San Bernardino. It went to San Bernardino processing plant twice and Riverside twice. It still has not been delivered and this was important documents. Stop with the EOE and hire people based off of brains, not color.”

“I remember the woman who ran this post office when I lived in Daggett. She was always very nice to me. The woman was also very helpful. In a good location close that is easy to walk to. Made everyone's life a little easier. Especially for those who did not have a car or very limited resources.”
