Wait time was for 1hr. Representative was not helpful at all. It felt the help needed was not provided, it looked like the first customer was provided more help than us she was being helped for more than 1hr. Hopefully this changes and more representatives are available next time we visit.

If you can choose another store, don't go here. There is no service at all. Add the line and it will be done immediately. Then there will be no service at all. Let the customer call to handle it. If the customer can do it online or by phone, do I need to go to your store? Please.

The manager here named Irene is so professional and efficient. She won't sell you anything you don't need not like other representatives at different locations. I can't speak Chinese but I like to come to this location for her. Here's no waiting line, you can be assisted right away. Highly recommend this location just because of Irene!!!!! She's the best!!!!!

Came into the store to ask for a new SIM card for my new iPhone that I bought in Hong Kong. The manager told me that she had other customers came in and asked for the same thing but AT&T SIM card no longer compatible with the new iPhone 14 and 15. I spent 15 minutes there and she fuzzed around with my new phone and no result. After I went back to Palm Springs I went to a AT&T there and the guy just gave me a new SIM card and I popped it in and works like a charm. He said he never heard about AT&T SIM card doesn't work with the new iPhones. I really doubt the knowledge and experience of the manager in the AT&T branch in Daly City. She didn't know she was talking about and misdirected me by not bothered to bring out a SIM card for me to try on the phone. It could be something so simple. Luckily I took my time and visited another store to find out what she told me wasn't true.

Very bad attitude and rude!I subscribe to a trade-in mobile phone plan from AT&T every year. I received an iPhone 15 a few days ago. The new phone does not support physical cards, and the old number cannot be used after activation (the four lines of the family plan are cross-used).Then I came here to ask for help. The male customer service said that there would be a fee to change a new card. I said that there was no charge for changing the card before. The male customer service asked me where I could do it for free and I went back to them. There was also an iPhone 15 setting up e-sim. You have to call customer service, they can't handle it here.I asked him to give me a business card or name (the store customer service usually has the name on the badge but he didn't) so that I could check what he said. He said that he would not provide this information to customers (he is a male). Fat guy wearing glasses).Later, I was at the Irving St AT&T store, and it only took a few minutes for them to change my card and set up my e-Sim, all for free.

Came here without an appointment and there was no line. I usually go to the one by Serramonte and I’d wait around 30 for my turn. I needed to grab some groceries at Ranch 99 so it worked out. Irene was super helpful and I was able to get a new line and phone quickly.
