My old phone died, so I made an appointment to discuss my options. I arrived about 10 minutes early, and had to wait for about 20 minutes before anyone could talk to me.
The guy was VERY VERY UNHELPFUL. He kept saying over and over that I'd lost all my data (what data? I already knew that everything that I cared about -- contacts and photos and emails -- was in the clouds and otherwise I'd have to start from scratch). I wanted information on the available phones and plans, but nothing.
There is nothing is in stock at the store -- you have to order online, The few samples there have HEAVY attachments, so you have no idea how the phone will feel in your hand.
No information or advice from our "advisor" -- he just wanted me out of the store. Is this age discrimination? I was willing to buy a high-end phone, but instead left in a fury knowing even less than when I went in. I've been an ATT customer since before there were smartphones and now wish there was another carrier where I live.

My phones sim card stopped working, and the sim tray keeps popping up errors . Made an appointment for 1pm and got there early. 3 employees were chatting outside, so I went inside and only 1 employee greeted me, and that Employee was ADAM. He was Super NICE and asked me straight away if I needed any help. So I explained to him what my probleGF⁶ talking. WHOEVER IS THE MANAGER here DEFINITELY NEEDS to give ADAM A RAISE or at least an Employee of the Month.

Terrible experience. I would never go back to this location. Over an hour wait to drop off a trade in phone. In the meantime workers were joking around, sitting around, and then took walk-ins out of order. It wasn’t until I said anything that they helped me. How long did it take to drop off phones? 6 minutes. Terrible service.

Came to this store to finish set up my phone and since it was my first time here I had no idea of what to expect. The first thing I realized was that the store is run by a young crew and my hopes to get the right answers to my questions, and they were many, just went way up.
I was cared for by Damian, a young man, very calm, courteous and a very good listener (most important quality). I explained what I needed to have done to my equipment and without delay he offered a table and chair to make me more comfortable while performing the necessary tasks, that with his experience too no time to get all done.
I am so satisfied with my experience that I have decided to make that store my 'store to go' for all things related to my phone.
As for the rest of the crew they all appear to have the same focus on gets things right without any unnecessary delays!

This place is a waste of time a never ending competition to see who is the laziest one, they give you a telephone number that you can call or a website that you can use, but no one wants to move, stay away that’s all I can say

This place is a waste of time , they have the DMV syndrome, the laziest One wins, they are good at telling where else to go , call here, use the website but please don't make me move . The only thing they did fast was opening the door , so I could get out of there.

Horrible experience ever. I was getting a new phone and pointed out the color I wanted and the representative decided to choose the wrong color. After going back and forth with the store and the customer service the phone was no where to be found after it was shipped. Go to another location and save your time. Some representative are not properly trained at their jobs there about making sales and don’t care at what they do.
