I came here through a referral from National General and simply requested an estimate. I even called the day before to confirm that I could come in for one. However, my car wasn’t properly inspected at all — I was just told that ‘all body shops work this way’ and was sent away. Even when I offered to pay personally for an estimate, they still refused to evaluate my vehicle. It’s hard to understand why a body shop would decline to even look at a car. I’d genuinely like to know the reasoning behind this, because I’ve never experienced anything like it at a professional shop before.

Auto 360 did an unbelievable job repairing my car (Jaguar). There was extensive damage done to my car and they returned it to me like it was brand new (Inside and out). The job was done in less than a week. All of the employees were professional and focused on customer service. Their pricing was great as well. This is the best auto shop I have ever been to. Thanks for the great work!!

Brought my car here on the advice of my insurance. It took almost a month for them to fix cosmetic damage, which was much longer than they had promised, so I had to pay more for my rental. When I finally got my car back the electrical in the driver's side door was unplugged; the window didn't work, the turn signal did not work, and the side mirror did not work. When I called to let them know, a man in the office took my call. No apology and tried to gaslight me on the color of my car. I would never advise anyone to take their car here.

Take your car here if you want to come back worse off than before having it repaired. This is an Allstate recommended shop and I’m not sure why.
Brought my car here after a front end collision. Not only did it take a month to repair. I took it home missing a horn… on top of that they replaced my headlight with a screw that was too long-punctured the headlight-water seeps in and now it needs to be replaced. I’m in search of a horn and a headlight. I’ll never take my car back to this amateur shop.

This is second time I went to fix my car body in Auto360 at Daly City. They have multiple locations in Bay Area. My car Lexus IS300 got hit and run, which Fernando was very professional and knowledgeable; he told me it might happen in parking lot hit my car with the bumper near the passenger door and left. He explained to me how it's going to fix and the timeframe when it will be ready. The car was ready two days prior to their timeframe and looks like brand new again.
Thank You Auto 360 for doing a excellent job; I highly recommend to go their and fix car body.

Have never seen a worse and more dishonest shop. They had my car for several weeks and ended up charging me for a tire replacement where they placed the wrong size tire. They also missed some parts when making repairs and returned me a car that did not drive properly. When I took the car back to them, they kept it for several days not being able to identify the issue and not communicating with me properly. I had to pay another shop to fix my car and never got any refund or reimbursement from auto360.

Front desk attendants were abrupt and unhelpful. Only 1 mechanic on staff and super slow estimated turnaround time.

Great service. Very professional customer care. Lanna kept me updated on the status of my vehicle. They deal with my insurance so I don’t have to worry about it. They offer a lifetime warranty on the service they provide, giving me a piece of mind. I would recommend this business to anyone.

Repaired the wrong side mirror of my car, so my car blink spot system is not working, they said will order the new one for me, it’s been 2 months I called many times they said will call me back but never call me back and no follow up, still waiting the reply until now

Very little communication with fixing my car. I had to call them continually to get updates. Never called back when they said they would. They are overwhelmed. Once you speak with them they are nice but there's no resolution. They lost my trunk floor and it's been over 60 days of me constantly texting and calling them but they still have not replaced the part. It's been very frustrating and disappointing. Still waiting for them to make it right.
