This place is a great place to have your Transmission repaired or replaced. They do awesome work! I stopped by the last two days to bring one of my other cars in for some transmission work and found them closed ! does anyone know what happened! This would be a great LOSS to Daly City. Im holding out to see if they open tomorrow hmmm

I took my car to this place at a point of desperation after getting my car towed somewhere else first that said they couldn't actually work on it since it was transmission-related. The owner of the place, Arnoldo, was quick to take my car in and gave me a rough timeline (which was spot on) and a rough estimate after taking a look at all the things (his estimate was under what is ended up being). But all things considered, I think it was telling of how upfront he was being by being able to give an estimate at all. Most other places, are horrible at this. So even if ended up paying $300 over the estimate, I was just glad that the car was fixed in a timely manner.

Took my B&M transmissiion to get rebuilt from this guy and he stole my B&M transmission and installed a low level transmission in it's place. The manager is not honest and he didn't even hook up the transmission so it can shift properly. Had to take it home and fix the kick down cable myself. I'm sure he was planning to try and charge me to fix the kick down cable so transmission will switch properly. The manager is a crook. Never again.

Unfortunately, I have to recommend avoiding this shop. 18 months ago, they replaced my transmission with a 1-year warranty. Having driven my car very lightly (5000 miles) over the last 18 months, the transmission they installed suddenly doesn't work and needs to be replaced AGAIN. I expected this to be an anomaly and they'd cut me a deal, as clearly something on their side went very wrong. Nope. They won't offer anything, as it's no longer under warranty. They want me to pay full price for a new transmission. And they're not even very kind about it. Garbage service. Garbage quality.

Went to pick-up the car, the second I drove out of the lot, the car was skipping and would rev while accelerating, same problem as when I brought it in. An employee got in the car, drove it 2 blocks and it seemed fine, was able to drive it home, not too far away. Weird coincidence. They said if it acts up again, I should bring it to a dealership. The next day you couldn't drive it at all! The dealership said it needed a new clutch, brakes and roters. Not sure how B&B missed that, but they gladly took my money and pushed me to the dealership. It seemed like they didn't want to deal with my problem. Really unfortunate. Would really like a reimbursement of my $140 diagnostic cost, it was pointless.

I called for a quote and the lady that picked up the phone literally said that she didn't know anything. She took my info for someone to call me back to later on so they can help me out. That was about 2 weeks ago and I never got a call. It was only logical to go somewhere else.
