Good Customer service DOES NOT EXISIT HERE. While the teller was helping me withdraw a colleague of his said very loudly "YOU SHOULD HAVE LOCKED THE DOOR! NOW WE HAVE TO HELP ANOTHER CUSTOMER." Straight up rude and whiny behavior. You'll be helped with a child in a suit at this branch. 0 stars.

The male employee at this Westlake bank branch this morning (12/14/2023), who stands in the middle of the lobby checking in customers on his iPad, is sick with a continuous hacking cough. To his credit, he is wearing a face mask; however, he is wearing the mask incorrectly -- the mask is covering his mouth but is sitting below his nose. In other words, the mask is ineffectual. He is spreading infectious particles from his nose across the entire public area of the bank.I respectfully suggest that someone in B of A regional management give employees at this location an in-service on proper use of a face mask. The mask must cover the mouth and nose. Thank you.

If you would like to speak with a live person, this bank/branch is not for you. They make it very difficult to connect with a live person, and I've never been able to get anybody to pickup the phone.

Recently, I was the victim of internet scam and the personal banker with the first name Joseph was the one who extended me an incredible amount of help and care. He provided the warning about being careful with wire transfers since they are unreversible. When I realized that I made an mistake with wiring funds to an unknown bank, I rushed back to the bank. Although I arrived a few minutes passed closing time, Joseph recognized me and opened up the front door and allowed me to place a report. Though the wire transfer had gone through, he directed me to call the Fraud Unit and by doing so, the funds were kept on a hold at the receiving bank. Then yesterday, Joseph called me to follow-up on my fraud situation. When I checked my accounts balance, I found that all the funds had been returned to my account. His professionalism and concern will be something that I will remember and hold onto for a very long time.

this is the worst bank there are three tellers at all times walking arround behind tellers, and also the useless guy asking you what your in the bank for, mean while theres a line of at least a dozen customers waiting, it's a real shame you have to give them at least a star

Long lines. Customers take forever but the tellers do what they can. Management is the worst I have seen. Sometimes the managers cherry pick people they know out of the line to help them instead of checking with the front of the line first. I try to avoid this branch as much as possible.

If I could give zero stars I would, I've been here before and I had the worst experience but returned because I was in the area. This manager is racist and discriminates against others. I have a different bank account but use Bank of America for online purchases. She made a comment saying she can't help me because i don't have enough money in my account. Um excuse me but that's hurtful!!!

Do not recommend making any business with this place. I requested the day off made an apt to open up an account at 1030. It is now 1054 they said they would get to us at 1045. What is the point of making an appointment if you can't keep it. I understand people run behind but almost 30 minutes behind come on now BANK OF AMERICA you gotta do better.

Terrible bank would give it a 0 if I could. They only have 1-2 tellers during rush hour while having 4 bankers just chilling when there are 10-20 people in line. Avoid this bank if you can.

If I could give this no stars I would. The atm machine goes faster than these tellers. A simple transaction he could not do for me. Asking me questions that are obvious to the situation. How was I not able to cash my own pay check? After asking me to write up a deposit slip with all my information and address. Really BofA? It's 2021 and you're still doing deposit slips for consumers? I go to their atm and try to deposit some cash and it says they're not taking deposits at the moment. Such a waste of my morning I'm definitely going to another bank. !

The tellers here are engaging in negligent, discriminatory behavior. The teller, Gina or Phina. Apologies for not remembering the exact name. However that teller along with the others and supposed manager. Discriminated against me for whatever bias reason they felt, they asked me to remove my face covering to verify it was me. and I did that, they continued to harass me saying they could not verify it was me. Even though I had given my ID and card and took my mask off! (putting myself and everyone in that bank at risk) Eve though, I observed them not ask anyone else to do the same. The teller, curse at me at threw my card and ID back at me. This has already been reported to the department of justice civil rights division and I will be contacting the federal bureau in addition to the local news.

This bank is sucks, they don't even deserve a star. This bank is equipt with "cameras". One of the bank offIcer approach me and said ma'am please removed you mask for the camera. So rude. I don't even bank there. I was there to deposit cash for my husband, and they didn't take my case deposit wait a checking deposit slip. I was so frustrated Now what since this visit I never went back to deposit on the person teller. I was wondering if they are not still allowing people to use mask while on line

Bank of America "Used to be the best Bank in America....Now the "Worst Bank in America". I should know.... I unfortunately was with them since 1966( back in the days - they believed in service) ..... now they believe in Corporate profits, not in people's financial needs... "any Bank would be better " ...... really any bank !!!!!
