This used to be a great bank. Used to have all my whole life in their bank. Now It feels shady and predatory. I had to leave them, it was just too bad.

We come in and try to meet a banker. Granted, we do not have an appointment and expected to wait. But Eduardo told us basically no one can see us because they are by appointment only. We explained we're here because someone has ahold of our bank account and have been transferring money away, so in short terms, FRAUD. We wanted to at least downgrade the account and take out the money. Eduardo showed no sympathy and asked us to just call the fraud department. Sir, if it was that easy, why would I visit a branch? In addition, why does your company HAVE physical branches? Please have some common sense. Also; I have NEVER experienced fraud like I have with BofA. Online banking is so hard to navigate, and offers so support at all.

The staff closing the door at 4:59pm and telling people it is 5'o clock, we are closed. Never come here again for future banking needs.

They couldn't help me with a simple name change even though I had all the required paperwork and they were rude. I've banked with bofa for over 30 years and I'm probably closing my accounts

I made an appointment online for 4pm on Tuesday for a notary to be completed. I came in and it was a bit chaotic. There were many people in line for the teller and seated to meet with an associate. I arrived 10 minutes prior to my appointment and everyone was so busy that nobody checked in with me as I sat and waited. It wasn't until a few minutes past my appointment time that someone came and stated "any of you guys have an appointment?" Even then, the one that was suppose to help me was still busy with their customer ahead. As I sat and waited another associate came up to me and asked if I needed help at 4:17pm. I told her I had an 4pm appointment and that another associate asked me around 4:03pm to check me in. The associate checked in again with the person that is suppose to help me and said she is aware that I am waiting for her. I ended up meeting the associate Jocelyn at 4:25pm. Currently, she is the only one that can do notaries at this branch. However, her license is expiring in 10 days so I was very lucky to get this appointment. She was super apologetic about running late but I wasn't very mad about it because I could tell it was just very busy. Per Jocelyn, if you need to notarize a document, they only allow 3 signatures per an appointment. If you have more, you'll have to make a separate appointment on another day. Long story short, if you are a Bank of America Customer, you can do notaries at this location. Just as a FYI, not all Bank of America locations have notaries. If you're in a crunch for time, you might as well pay $15/notary at UPS and get your documents notarized there. But if you're not in a crunch, this would be a good option because money sure adds up!

This is the worst Branch ever! One teller at lunchtime to handle 20 people in line. Never go there. If you do, you'll be sorry.

Terrible. Such a long line and none of the people in the offices who are chatting stepped into see if they could help in any way. Hello???

Worst bank ever, due to super long wait, only 1-2 tellers, the other employees just walking around. BofA closes many branches for the reasons other banks do not have.

B of A is the largest and worst bank EVER!! You can't speak to anyone without an appointment and there are no appointments for months. To add a joint owner, both must be present even when the other owner is hundreds of miles away. Their automated system will not allow set up of AUTOMATIC transfers to another b of a customer. You must use bill pay and then only a check will be issued. While I waited for twenty minutes to speak to someone, just to be told to leave and make an appointment or wait for 3 hours, 2 other customers walked out, which is what I did. I worked for financial institutions for decades and I know there are ways to leave notes on accounts to advise I am authorizing a joint owner to be added. Like another customer said, if I could give a zero star rating, I would!!!!!

Literally 2 managers standing around doing dick while one teller handles a massive line of people. It's great for folks who have business accounts because their line is much shorter but everyone else is looking at waiting +/- 30 minutes depending on how fast everyone's transaction is. It could be easily solved by hiring more people or utilizing managers as tellers during rushes.

I would rather sit & watch paint dry than come into this bank. This is the slowest bank I have been in my entire life. Why are there 12 employees in the back NOT BEING USEFUL!? Like stop fckin around & do your job. The security guard however, is very patient and kind. Please avoid this bank. End of review -

The employees here do not care about your time. There are only ever 1-2 tellers at a time, NO MATTER HOW LONG THE LINE IS! Other employees are just walking around, I'm sure they are all more than qualified to do the tellers job. Yet they refuse to help with the line and refuse to hire more people. This place is extremely inefficient and unorganized, if you have a choice, do not go here.
