We got our 11 year old daughter's ears pierced here and was very happy with everything. They were very helpful in describing the process for piercing, how they keep everything sterile, and were very fast at getting it done (but did not rush it, to ensure we were happy with the placement). They have a huge selection of sterile earrings to use for the piercing. The healing process went super well, with no issues at all!

Sarah pierced my cartilages. I honestly thought... hmmm.... -_- she looked clumsy... but every teenagers nowadays look clumsy so it's not her fault. But dam, she did a great job!:) Awesome job. I got ocd so actually having it same length is great. Guess I should stop judging books by it's cover. ;) Only thing I didn't like was she said... it wasn't gona hurt. It's a lie! It hurts! Just a little though. But other than that... good customer service, friendly and very informative.

Please tell your employee not to talk on the phone while there's customer waiting and proper customer service. I went this morning to have my ear piercing then the lady told me to wait for 20 minutes because she just open the stall. not even asking how can she help me, right away she said "come back after 20 minutes" without looking at me. I suggest don't open until you are ready to accept customers. Came back after 10-15 minutes and she's on the phone talkng about personal stuff with her Auntie (how did I know? She was speaking tagalog which is my first language) as if she's not seeing me standing in front of her then she turned back and I decided to asked her if she's ready to accept customer, I'm glad she hang up the phone finally. Ended up not to have my piercing because she seemed not interested with me coz she returned to her paper work while I was asking her. I decided to just check out some other places. How do you support small businessess like this with this kind of customer service??? Highly NOT recommended.

I went there and bought a sterling silver pendant for a new chain I bought somewhere else. Turns out it was to small to fit in my chain so I went back to return the item. They returned it no problem and I bought the lion head pendant that fit perfectly on my chain and went above and beyond with my purchase I was very happy great experience

Long story short. I thought I bought clip on hoop earrings @macys OnLine but it was pierced. So I decided to get pierced instead of returning them. They helped get the correct size for my ears cause I have fat ears. (Shrugs) Now I'm happy & can't wait to wear my hoops.

Literally one of the worst quality earrings here... i paid around $100 total just to have the worst experience ever. I went in to get my second set of earrings and got it pierced by this young lady with dyed hair. It was fine until a month later i tried switching the earrings out for a new one.... For some reason I couldn't take the earrings out even with help. It was hurting so much because i had to keep pulling to see if it will finally come out. Ive had my first pierced already and this never happened. It turned out that the earrings were bent and slanted??? No wonder i couldn't take them out! How cheap are these earrings that are supposed to be "GOLD". They even recommended me to get the more expensive ones (gold) so you have a lower chance of any future issues rather than getting the cheaper ones! My friend had to use a tool to bend the earring needle part back into place, which hurt a lot considering how it was stuck in my ears. The worst part is how i was taking care of my ears very well before this and now they are INFECTED because of the process of just taking them out! I wish i never went here because their items are cheap quality for an insane amount of money! When i finally took it out, the earrings were super bendable which is so bad for earrings. I hope they don't rip off anyone else here because i certainly won't be coming here ever again.

I have 9 piercings and I've gotten them all at piercing pagoda. I flip between here and Tanforan because I live close to both, but I like to go to this location more. The girls who work here are nice- some more than others, but overall good at what they do. Their jewelry is always consistently good, I've gotten both lobe and cartilage piercings here & both have healed fine, you just need to do the aftercare as you are told. They only pierce with gun, so don't come here if you're looking for needle. I believe they only do ear piercing (lobe & cartilage), but they sell all kinds of jewelry (nose, naval, studs, dangly, etc.) Not sure if this is still the deal, but you don't gotta pay for the actual piercing, just the earring you choose.

I bought jewelry for family members on May 7, 2021. I decided to return one of them bc the family member did not like it. I came to this location to do a return and I did not get acknowledged at all. The customer before me did a purchase, instead of leaving he decides to do an ear piercing and the worker went along with the convo and gossiped about me in Tagalog. I am half black/filipino and I understand everything what they told about me. I decided to come back and did not want her help. I am assuming she is the store manager.I came back and the clerk is pleasant, and I vented what the store manager did. There system is old school, and the clerk had a hard time to process to return b/c there computer have to return/rebuy. The clerk asked for help and the person did not get any help. The store manager is hiding doing shipment and the rest is help other people. An hr flew by, and the other workers did not do help. What I am disappointed about is that the store manager did not even help, she is too busy hiding. What made it worst is the return policy. If you do paid in cash you get a check from corporate. This company is horrible including the store manager too.

Buyer beware! The price is listed and price charged are Not the same. I took my granddaughter to buy some earrings, the clerk was pleasant. I called them and was told it must have been a mistake, the price tag was scanned not inputted by the clerk. It is was only $2 but the point is double check your receipt before you leave the mall. It was not worth driving back.

So every time I buy jewelry serramonte pagoda wants to act like they can’t help me return my items and end up sending me to the pagoda in tanforan mall! I find this so unfair to the other pagoda because that’s not right they should be able to help me rather then send me somewhere else as if I someone else’s problem!! Like do your dam job!
