I actually like this store, hella discounts and if you're willing to hunt you can find good stuff. BUT, the low rating is based on one thing: NO FITTING ROOMS. I am so sick of stores closing fitting rooms instead of *hiring more people* to operate them. Open your fitting rooms!

It's fine. The selection is decent for many things, but if you're looking for better deals, Ross is across the street. One thing I don't like, however, is that the entrance is roped off, and you need a security guard to give you access in and out of the store. Fire code anyone?Edit: To the store's response to my review, please review CA code of regulations, title 8, section 3225:(1) Every required exit shall be maintained free of all obstructions or impediments to full instant use in the case of fire or other emergency.

I give this store a 2 star becuase this lady came up to me I was fixing candles for valentines they were in front and she came up and "please don't touch it it's already arranged"and then she nodded her head like and I said "ok" I literally was just trying to help and u have her the face

I was looking for either a coat or rain jacket and this store is such a mess I couldn't find anything all the sizes were mixed and the signs were not on the correct places to identify what was where and to top it all off the workers are so rude i beeped going out and they told me to go back and see if I had a sensor on after I got checked I had nothing and the security guard had to check my bag again worst experience ever

The african american lady at the door is rude and apparently thinks its funny for you to have to use restroom and then sarcastically tells you its not public. I wont be badk for sure. Your policy drives away customers. Drove me away for sure. Ridiculous.

Cart full of about $400 of merchandise. Really needed to use bathroom but they are for employees only! They don't care about customers, only money. Needless to say I left without purchasing anything!

Came here at 10:35pm sats ut closes 11pm. Sone rude heavy set sales associate locks the front door does not let me in and people still in there shopping. Won't come back! Never got a chance to get in! Change your time to stop letting customers in at 10:35pm!!

They prey on uneducated poor people. The receipt states*Returns are guaranteed for any reason within 30 days.* Then when you go in the manager states that the actual policy is on the back of the receipt. Then the clerk sniffs your shoe, which fell apart in 3 days. Nobody is going to sue Them over $50 so they keep doing this. Don't shop here.
