I would not recommend any one for this branch. Theresa Chew should not have treated me this way. I feel because I am Indian that is the reason I did not get any help

Gio was extremely helpful and friendly. He helped me reactivate my blocked account so that I can make withdrawals again. His service was fast and efficient.

Branch Manager Theresa Chew was so wonderful. She walked me through all the options of personal and business accounts and helped me prepare the paperwork in advance so that I only needed to sign the documents and shorten my time at the branch office. Personal banker Mark B. Canlapan has also been very responsive, quick and helpful with the preparation of the paperwork and getting the accounts open and activated as soon as possible.I can't speak to the other people at this location, but Ms. Chew and Mr. Canlapan were very professional whom I highly recommend.

Absolutely horrible service. I'm actually standing in line while writing this review. I came in for a simple cash withdrawal at 12:05pm, it is 12:45pm and I'm still waiting in line. There are about 16 people behind me and nothing is being done about this. 3 people walked out already as I'm typing this review. I am now late for work as it is my lunch break. Oh look at that, it's 12:48pm and It's finally my turn. 45 minutes of wait time is unacceptable. I understand that every business is now "short-staffed" due to the pandemic, but at least, have someone apologize in advance and let people know right away that there are long wait time while they're still in line so that they can plan ahead. We see other people behind the counter and we have no idea why they don't step up and help the one (1) teller that's doing it all. Ugh. Will I ever go back to this branch again? Most likely not. This has been the ~nth time this has happened and I should have learned my lesson already.

I never had many complaints about Citibank even though all my friends always asked me why in hell I keep that account opened. Also the fact that there's no many ATM s in the city. Today I needed to pay some particular bill by check and I dont have checks (in 2021 we don't really use checks). I have a very basic account that's $10/monthly fee. I went to the agency and I found out that in order to have a basic piece of paper (check) I'd have to upgrade my account+pay $25 for 100 checks. The employees are very nice, but the services/tools that this bank provides us is terrible compared to the other big ones in the city. They should definitely improve whatever they offer to their customers. Now I understand what my friends were talking about. Fortunately I also have Wells Fargo, which sent me over 100 checks for free. I'll probably transfer my money to Wells Fargo and close my Citibank account, no need to upgrade anything when all the others offer me the same service. Stay away. You can't count on the service this place offer you!

I'll never deal with Citibank again. Every time I tried to call their 800 number I was disconnected. I agree with Mabel M. on the previous review. The Chinese manager should be fired. He was completely ignorant of the requirements for identification.

Chinese mgr., male, should've fired. I asked the teller when will the $67.00 be credited to my checking account as I didn't see it on my bank statement. The teller asked his boss and the mgr. told him to tell me that it will appear on the next statement. Next statement arrives but wasn't credited. Also that day there was a customer yelling in the line accusing me of holding up everything. All the mgr. was concerned about was the guy making a scene so he walked over and assisted the irate customer. I contacted customer service in Kentucky and she was very nice and credited the $67.00 to my account. She said all the mgr. had to do was check two screen and he would've saw it floating in the account. WTF is wrong with the mgr.? You're paid to resolve issues that come up. To say he's inept is too mild. He needs a performance review with his boss. Where's the oversights from the corporate structure here??? Something stinks in high heaven. Their management sucks. Poor customer service.

I find that the negative reviews don't accurately represent the service provided at the bank. I've been coming for the past few years and Citibank has definitely improved compared to the old reviews. My most recent visit was when I came during the holidays (before Christmas) and I honestly thought the line was going to be much worse. From what I've seen, There are between 2-4 bank tellers helping out so even though the line can be slow, it still moved at a decent pace. It probably took me at most 10 minutes before I was done talking to a teller and handling what I needed to get done at the bank.

Citibank does not cash their own personal checks. If you dont have an account with them they will not cash their own personal checks. If you don't have a bank account because you are young or chose not to their checks are not worth the paper they are printed on If you have an account here give cash as a gift or switch banks to buck this awful trend.

Hey Mr Manager, you must be on break or don't see what's happening !! 1.30 pm 15 ppl in line ! Not moving . When is the time when people come to the bank after a holiday weekend ? I would say between 12-2pm the max ! Just heard from one the guy seating maybe couple of them are on break !! Man I work I the restaurant business and you guys are usually the first to complain If you don't get fast service ! When you know times or days you busy you should staff enough people . Wow

Bad experience from banker yesterday I went to the bank 30 minutes before they closed an wait for 25 minuets to get help an the guy not even try to help me for loans he's rushing to go home an told me to call customer service.

Always a super long line. Understaff! Only 2 bankers here and you have to wait super long just to see anyone. This would not have happen at Wells Fargo!

Every time I come in here the tellers are super friendly. The reason they get one star is because the lines are always out the door. There's a female Asian manager that just sits in the back every time I'm there. You would think she could help knock out the line for a few minutes and go back to her work but she never gets off her chair at her computer. Meanwhile all of us have to wait. Currently I'm number 16 in line with only 2 tellers. Come on. How about just the smallest bit of customer service from managers. Terrible example.
