I really like and satisfied with the space here, the staff is very cozy and friendly. In addition, they also took care of me very well. They made my nails very strong and beautiful.

We were met right away with a staff person what services we would like. My pedicure was really good ($30) and especially with the relaxing massage. The lady was experienced in painting my nails.
I got fake nails and they are so pretty. I got off-white and thankfully the man that re-did the color from white to off-white was gracious and nice.
My only complaints are that the floor was dirty before I sat down to get my pedicure done, my cuticles weren’t removed but maybe you have to request that, and the blue light to dry my nails burned at first. Thank you, Classy Nails! It’s been almost two weeks and my nails are still in fact 😊

The owner is very rude. She’s very nasty. When you call and you ask for a specific person, she tells you to come right now and then when you get there, she tells you no you didn’t say that she’s calling you a liar or telling you you have to wait and then giving you to someone else. She wants to have an attitude and argue with you. She’s not a nice person. This place is not good. They have bad customer service and they don’t know how to treat their people with respect. I called and I asked her. It was a certain person available. She told me yes that I can come right now and then when I came, she told me that I didn’t say that to her and that I needed to wait and they couldn’t do both services after I spoke to her on the phone and she told me something completely different.

I would like to say that my review isn’t a reflection of the business as a whole, but this was my experience. This was my first time here and I probably won’t return. The desk I was sat at seemed like it hadn’t been cleaned in a while, there was dust everywhere. I also noticed that the tools that were being used on me had not been sterilized which is what leads to infections and fungus. I had asked for dip powder and then she proceeded to grab the acrylic. When I reminded her that that’s not what I wanted she insisted it’s the same thing and I am very non confrontational so I just let her. She got acrylic under my nail which then stuck to my skin and cut it up. When I asked her to remove the acrylic from under my nail she began to file at it but was just filing at my finger which was very painful so I just asked her to stop and leave it. My nails do look decent but I really didn’t appreciate how unsterile everything was and how I was disregarded. I did pay for the service and even tipped.
