Even though there is not a shift break time, I waited at least 20minutes. I hanged around, visited Target, other stores but when I came back, there was no one! You have no right to make people wait!

I hate that I have to go all the way to Serramonte to get you guys, but, I know your the best service for Foster City, and, the only location that is able to give me the best advice advice and awesome customer service we need-- ( 2 kids running around the mall included).I only trust your location, your service, so please don't cut us off if my kids do the chicken dance in the middle of that busy mall!Thank you!

This Cricket retailer is the most unorganized place I have ever seen. No one ever there to help you when you go there when you're having issues with your phone. No one ever there to help you out with your phone. No one ever answers the phone. I would not ever recommend this Company. I am going back to another wireless company that have employees available at their stores.

I just came back from a trip from la, where my twin 8 year olds had smashed the phone against a rock in malibuTwice.I still had a working phone on T-Mobile and also cricket, but it was very impressive that I actually had to go to directly to Sam of the cricket wireless kiosk in serramonte. I couldn't find anyone in LA, and I knew that they have the best service because it's been a year and a half and even upgraded my phone.Thank you guys for dealing with my children and myself! Even on a Sunday afternoon in that busy mall! And, thank you to the pretty girl but always helps me with the astonishing nails.I'm really grateful for you guys because you did offer for me to come back to get a phone case this time! I can't thank you guys enough for your service, both customer and wireless. :-) thank you.

I was at serramonte today (12/23/22) running some errands & needed to pay my phone bill. I waited at the kiosk for 3 minutes or so. Which is fine since I know people typically work solo shifts. I told the representative that I needed to pay my bill & during the whole interaction he was distracted helping another customer at the same time. I hand him two $20 bills & after checking the register he says he doesn't have enough to break one of the bills. He double checks again but accidentally puts one of the bills into the register then claims he handed it back to me. He accuses me of trying to cheat him out of $20 when clearly he made a mistake. I asked that he double checks the registers since one of the bills had a black sharpie mark. After he recounting again he finds the the "missing" bill. He gives me my change & I tell him it's rude to accuse people of lying or stealing when he was distracted the entire time. He told me to leave since he "doesn't have time to deal with my sh**t". As I'm walking away he yells something out loud & I walk back to ask if everything was ok. That's when he attempts to grab a stool & physically threaten me while he yells at out loud. I tried giving him the benefit of the doubt the entire interaction since I know the holidays in retail can be very stressful. But his behavior was unacceptable & I worry for the safety of customers to have someone blow up on them like that. I filed a report with the mall & they would pass it along the the head office.

I bought paid for the Samsung Galaxy A52 5G 128GB and the sales person by the name of Gabriel J switched the phone and gave me the old version Samsung Galaxy A13 5G 64GB. I think he steals the phones and resells them on the market. I am going back tomorrow to address the issue. I do not trust this authorized retailer. He knew that I couldn't tell which phone was the new one or the old one. He gave me the old phone without hesitation instead of what I paid for and switched the phones as I paid for the phone on the other side of the counter. I asked twice if he gave me a new phone but he ended up giving me the used display old version instead of the new one.
