I don't use this Pharmacy but my Dad and Mom do and they have always been very satisfied. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly and takes care when discussing your medicines. Phone calls and/or text messages are sent to keep you informed of any changes.

They are transphobic, they don't care about patient safety, they don't read the prescriptions properly, the pharmacist will just hang up on you if you aren't singing her praises, and they lie about medications being unavailable.I actually switched all my medications to another pharmacy already, a Walgreens, and have had zero of the "widespread" issues this pharmacy claimed to be experiencing. Yesterday, I attempted to pick up my partner's prescriptions before the pharmacy closed for lunch. But they had closed early.Today, I attempted to pick them up again. I was second in the drive thru line, with a car parked in front of me and another behind me. The car in front of me sat at the front of the line for 30 minutes with no interaction at the window. I called the pharmacy, and was told he was waiting until they filled his prescription. I asked if they could have him pull forward and wait, so they could help others. They said no and hung up on me. The person parked behind me got out of their car and went inside, trapping me in the line. I went to ask the man in front of me if he would pull forward to let me leave. He cursed me out, and said he was staying put. I got back in my car and called the pharmacist again. I explained that I was trapped between two parked cars, and couldn't get out. I asked again if they could have the person in front of me move. They refused again. I asked if I should call the police. They said I could if I wanted to, so I did. Eventually, the woman behind me returned to her car and moved it. The man in front of me might still be there for all I know. I left without any prescriptions, and we will be transferring my partner's medications to another pharmacy now too. This place is awful. Don't go here.

I went in looking for four items, came out with none. Every time I ask the cashier where a item was she didn't know. However she did know a lot because from the time I got there to the time I left. She couldn't stop talking to this woman just about life.

What a nice, clean, and organized CVS store. I was quite impressed. The shelves were well stocked and the isles were pretty neat and nothing was messy at all. It was super easy to find stuff at the store. Also the store was quite huge. It had a decent vaccination area too, so get your shots here. Parking was quite easy and spacious. Definitely recommend this store.

I'm rather disappointed at the poor customer service at the pharmacy here. Normally I go through drive-thru but this time I had to get stuff inside too. I called online about one of them and the others I had notifications for. I got to the counter and had Esther as my cashier/tech. She was trying to rush me when there was only person behind me I line and then I inquired on another medication to which she told me it was not covered--fine, no worries. I asked about another med and she said I would have to go to the drop-off line to start that process and that she has a line to deal with. I obliged, although there were only 2 people behind me at this point. She told me to just call again to refill this particular med. I call later (after grabbing some other groceries) in the parking lot and she picks up and says she doesn't understand what I'm saying and then in a more condescending way says "yeah, you were here earlier." I state what refill I needed and that I need to check on the status of another med--which she states was not covered. She then cuts me off, says "okay?" and hangs up. I work in healthcare as nurse and this is just not how you treat patients or clients. I wasn't asking anything ridiculous and I'm sure she had a day of her own, but I just did not appreciate being treated like that when all I was asking were questions any other person would ask. It made me sad thinking others who were older had to deal with this. Really disappointed.

Went to this location in search of iced coffee however there was little variety. Then went in search of tomato sauce, which I found on sale, yay! Will return to use the coupons.

The absolute second worse pharmacy that I have ever encountered I've been trying to call this pharmacy for two hours and no one has picked up there is another CVS that didn't have my medication I am done with CVS they are the worst of the worst I'll go back to Rite Aid. They really should be ashamed of themselves

I have never had luck with this place. You know things don't always work out for us in life and we need to accept that.The question I ask myself is do they advocate for me? Do they ask all the questions they can ask to try and resolve a problem and in their case the answer is no.After many prompts I spoke to someone to fill a presription.When I got there they had what I needed. I walk up and they promptly ask me for 5 times what I pay. Well The Dr gave you the wrong prescription. You are not on that plan.Ok being my advocate did you call the Dr? Now it's past my Dr Hours.I need the medication because of side effects.I pay it. It's alot of money. The young man at The country said people get mad at us but it's not our fault. I'm sorry but it is. You are not being my advocate. You didn't look out for me.That's what I expect. Hopefully you guys agree with me.

Most of the time, the pharmacy is on time, works fast, and does what they say. The mobile system to get pickup info and request refills is easy. Walgreens on Westborough and on El Camino are absolutely ridiculous in terms of poor service, wait times, and more. Comparatively, CVS is like a first class ride alongside unicorns and rainbows. Seriously.

The front counter tech on duty today, think is unreasonably short with customers asking simple questions and totally taking the customer the wrong way. Give the customer a chance to explain instead of presuming the worst of them or that the customer is trying to demand something they totally are not! Chill down girl. Also poor customer service assuming the worst. Stop smoking too.

Yikes this is one sad CVS, especially the pharmacy. I once drove 30 minutes from my doctors after she electronically sent a prescription and waited another 15 minutes for it to be filled. On another day, a goblin of a pharmacist told me they were too short staffed to fill any more prescriptions that day. What? He could've been filling prescriptions instead of wasting time rudely lecturing customers or sending them to other CVS stores. And it was a Sunday and not at all crowded. The logistics also suck. Parking lot is small and tight with speed bumps, and there is no self-checkout so be prepared to wait if there is only one cashier. Also inventory is sad...if something is on sale, expect to get one or zero of the item. Even if it's the closest CVS to you, choose another. I implore you. I am just too lazy to start over with another location.
