the pharmacy lost my card after going to the drive through. employees implied it was my fault and sent me on my way; plus they didn't even try finding it. don't recommend picking up meds here if you like keeping track of your belongings. would give -5/5 stars if it was possible

A small CVS that probably needs a makeover - it's a little dated and dark inside with small aisles. However, at least there is typically not a line at the pharmacy so I'm able to be in and out when picking up a prescription. There is usually only ever one register open since it's not a high-volume store but it would be nice if they had a self-service option for the times that there is a line. The parking lot is also quite small and cramped.

After going to the worst Pharmacy, CVS on Pierce street in Daly City. I was treated really wealth at this pharmacy. Appreciated his kindness in consideration. I going to change all my prescriptions to this location. Thank you For doing a great job

I don't use this Pharmacy but my Dad and Mom do and they have always been very satisfied. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly and takes care when discussing your medicines. Phone calls and/or text messages are sent to keep you informed of any changes.

They are transphobic, they don't care about patient safety, they don't read the prescriptions properly, the pharmacist will just hang up on you if you aren't singing her praises, and they lie about medications being unavailable. I actually switched all my medications to another pharmacy already, a Walgreens, and have had zero of the "widespread" issues this pharmacy claimed to be experiencing. Yesterday, I attempted to pick up my partner's prescriptions before the pharmacy closed for lunch. But they had closed early. Today, I attempted to pick them up again. I was second in the drive thru line, with a car parked in front of me and another behind me. The car in front of me sat at the front of the line for 30 minutes with no interaction at the window. I called the pharmacy, and was told he was waiting until they filled his prescription. I asked if they could have him pull forward and wait, so they could help others. They said no and hung up on me. The person parked behind me got out of their car and went inside, trapping me in the line. I went to ask the man in front of me if he would pull forward to let me leave. He cursed me out, and said he was staying put. I got back in my car and called the pharmacist again. I explained that I was trapped between two parked cars, and couldn't get out. I asked again if they could have the person in front of me move. They refused again. I asked if I should call the police. They said I could if I wanted to, so I did. Eventually, the woman behind me returned to her car and moved it. The man in front of me might still be there for all I know. I left without any prescriptions, and we will be transferring my partner's medications to another pharmacy now too. This place is awful. Don't go here.

This is for the pharmacy. Clarissa went above and beyond to help me get my medication. She was on hold for 2 hours battling for me and she made it happen! This is the Best pharmacy I’ve ever used. I’ve been getting medication for a long time and never have seen a pharmacist work so hard for me! Thanks Clarissa for doing what no others would do for me!

What a nice, clean, and organized CVS store. I was quite impressed. The shelves were well stocked and the isles were pretty neat and nothing was messy at all. It was super easy to find stuff at the store. Also the store was quite huge. It had a decent vaccination area too, so get your shots here. Parking was quite easy and spacious. Definitely recommend this store.

I'm rather disappointed at the poor customer service at the pharmacy here. Normally I go through drive-thru but this time I had to get stuff inside too. I called online about one of them and the others I had notifications for. I got to the counter and had Esther as my cashier/tech. She was trying to rush me when there was only person behind me I line and then I inquired on another medication to which she told me it was not covered--fine, no worries. I asked about another med and she said I would have to go to the drop-off line to start that process and that she has a line to deal with. I obliged, although there were only 2 people behind me at this point. She told me to just call again to refill this particular med. I call later (after grabbing some other groceries) in the parking lot and she picks up and says she doesn't understand what I'm saying and then in a more condescending way says "yeah, you were here earlier." I state what refill I needed and that I need to check on the status of another med--which she states was not covered. She then cuts me off, says "okay?" and hangs up. I work in healthcare as nurse and this is just not how you treat patients or clients. I wasn't asking anything ridiculous and I'm sure she had a day of her own, but I just did not appreciate being treated like that when all I was asking were questions any other person would ask. It made me sad thinking others who were older had to deal with this. Really disappointed.

Please do NOT go to this CVS for passport pictures. Taylor the manager is a very unfriendly person. I took my kids here to take photos for their passport pictures and next day at our passport appointment I was told that the state might give us a problem with one of the photo because a a strand of hair was covering my kid's face. They said the person who took this photo should've redo the picture. So I had to go back and asked to retake the picture to avoid any complications. I went back to the same person (Taylor) and told her what happened and instead of apologizing she wanted me to pay another $17 for the photo! Ridiculous! I told her this is your mistake and if this picture don't pass for the passport then you need to retake the photo! She still insists on me paying the $17. So I asked to speak yo the manager and surprisingly she's the manager. I asked to give me the corporate number so I can make a complaint and she refused to give that to me as well. Luckily internet you can find any info and I was able to locate the number and email. I will file a complaint! This is not right! It's not just about the $17 it's about I shouldn't have to pay for her mistake! Don't go here for passport photos!

Went to this location in search of iced coffee however there was little variety. Then went in search of tomato sauce, which I found on sale, yay! Will return to use the coupons.

The absolute second worse pharmacy that I have ever encountered I've been trying to call this pharmacy for two hours and no one has picked up there is another CVS that didn't have my medication I am done with CVS they are the worst of the worst I'll go back to Rite Aid. They really should be ashamed of themselves
