The pharmacist thinks he is God. Hurting patients more than helping. The rest of the staff are ok.

I had a flu and COVID vaccine appointment here, but when I showed up, they said that it was only for the flu. It took talking to a couple of (unapologetic) people to discover that they had canceled all COVID vaccines for the day (possibly the week) due to not having an immunizer available. I never received an email or text message about the cancelation. I would have rescheduled to avoid a second trip if I had.

Every time I pick up my meds at this particular CVS at Serramonte Mall inside Target, always have a courteous service. My meds are filled quickly and I receive text messages promptly.

The Pharmacist refused to give me my medication. He insisted that it was a on the counter medication, my doctor had prescribed a different one from the counter. thanks to him I got worse. I will report him to a supervisor. this is not ok!!!. I will never go to this location again. I hope he gets in trouble.

They recently changed their hours on the weekdays to close at 6pm which doesn't give folks a lot of time to get there after work.. today poor Girlie was helping all of the customers by herself. They have a new young pharmacist that didn't even bother to help her. She saw the line kept getting longer and most of the customers had complicated issues. She just kept doing her thing. All of the other pharmacist always help out. I've been coming here for years but was very disappointed during my visit today. I am definitely going to look at other options. The 2 stars today are solely for Girlie and her can-do attitude.

I like this pharmacy and the staff. They go the extra miles to help their customers. Love how I don't need to wait long in line to pick up my Rx. Also, compare to the Stonestown CVS, this pharmacy seems to always have my prescription in stock.

This pharmacy has zero respect for patient privacy. They don't enforce the waiting area and allowed others to stand 3 feet from me, overhearing the name of my medicine. I mentioned the lack of privacy and the pharmacist (blonde white woman) only asked if I wanted to go to the consulting window, a little too late to protect medical privacy and not a word to the people violating my privacy.

The only positive thing about this pharmacy is Connie. All other pharmacists don't really care if you don't get your meds. They are not nice at all.

Been going to this store every day for the last four days can't seem to find the Bailey's creamer. The manager tells us the shipment will come in any day. Hey, gas costs $5.00 a gallon. Why can't this retailer stay on top of the game and get their inventory together. Ridiculous.

THINK TWICE before you choose to take your vaccine here. Long in short, problematic hygiene , and more importantly unprofessional doctor or pharmacist— being late and then putting the bandage at the wrong spot of my arm.. Here’s the full review: 1. There’s no isolated spaces where you can take the vaccine. Instead, there were three chairs and one divider squeezed at the corner of the pharmacy (in Target) right next to the aisles, where the customers often pass by. That’s where you’ll get vaccinated . 2. Following the instructions on the website, I arrived early at my appointment (by ~15 mins), and was told that the pharmacist’s not on site and I should wait until the exact time of my appointment 4pm. 3. Okay I thought that’s fine, and came back at 4. After waiting for another 10 minutes, the pharmacist was ready and she called another person who came later than me saying she also had an appointment at 4. Two appointments at the same time? Again I thought that’s weird but fine. 4. Okay finally it’s my turn. But the previous person didn’t come out from the other side of the divider so I couldn’t get in. After seeing that, the pharmacist just came to me and was about to get me vaccinated outside right next to the cvs shelves in front of other customers, until I asked if we can please go to the other side of the divider. 5. after she injected the vaccine into my arm she went away getting the bandage and then applied it on me… at the wrong spot, so that my arm started bleeding. I found out this mistake and called out and she then corrected it.. Overall it was a very frustrating experience.
