This is a UPS Access point for UPS shipments that miss their delivery timeframe. I don't know why they choose to be an access point if they don't know what that means. They have poor customer service and a lack of human decency. For context, I have lost packages here in the past, and at the time, I thought: "ok, these things happen, whatever." Now, I understand what actually happened. Packages that deliver here are relabeled to say "SHIP TO: CYBER EXPRESS PRINTING" and a SECOND LABEL is stuck onto the package that says the ORIGINAL RECIPIENT and address. I understand this label is smaller and easily glossed over, but if your business elects to be a UPS Access Point, shouldn't you know this basic information already?I'm writing this review in the afternoon, the same day my package was delivered. According to my tracking number, it was completed this morning at 11:39 AM and a person named Reina received it. Because of my prior experience, I made a point to pick up my package earlier. I went at 2:30 PM. I went inside and there was a worker at the front desk minding her business, I didn't ask for her name. I let her know that I was there to pick up a package and she asked for my ID several times and checked the large collection of boxes behind her desk several times, and according to her, my name was on none of the boxes. She got visibly frustrated very quickly and told me to come around the desk to check for myself and proceeded to say "Ok, lunchtime!" grabbed her phone, and left, implying "please leave, you're wasting my time. The room was empty. There were no other customers. I took a second look and found my package in less than a minute. She was already in her break room on the phone. I left annoyed but well-informed: This place fucking sucks. If you have the choice to use a different UPS Access point, please use it.

I arrived on Sunday at 4:10pm. Online and posted on the door said they are open until 5pm. They were not open. I know this sounds cliche but I walked a mile in the rain to do what I needed to do and now I'm cold, wet and not in a very good mood.

This person the owner took my money for a job was not done correctly and didn’t want to assist me further with my scanning and just let me walked away after I spent my money for a very poor and mediocre service, don’t come here for any services I don’t recomend this business that loses clientele over a small help…. (The scannings turned in one single file instead of a single page) wasted time and money and a very sour experience, I gave a star but this service doesn’t deserves not even a zero… stay away from this business…

This place is horrible with the customer service, they stole my money by over charging and doing a terrible job on the scanning, plus the guy was not oriented on customer service skill and preferred to lose a client over to assist and keep the clients... don't come get ! I don't recommend to lose your money in an expensive but cheap place... stay away from this place...
