I want to report the terrible customer service I received today from one of the employees named Jordan I would say he is about 40 years old.
He was very rude.. he didnt helpe me find what I was looking for.
I ask him about an item he didn’t even look at me just pointing with his finger towards the wall with out even saying a word.
He could have asked me to wait, or I’m busy helping other would been better but pointing with his finger without speaking is very rude and impolite

This store has saved my butt plenty on many occasions. I have somehow managed to shop last minute for gifts from the holidays to this recent father's day, not to mention birthdays in between and I somehow end up with a last minute, good quality gift that my loved ones love and find useful. I am terrible with names but the gentleman in the bike department is awesome, very kind and always super helpful with finding sizes or finding an item online that might not be in stock. I just wish their women's clothing was better stocked with all sizes.

Been coming here since they opened. Its now roughly 90% clothing. Bait and tackle section is always a hurricane and sale items are not where they should be so its always a guessing game headed to the register.
My last time here, customers dog urinated on the floor, 5-7 employees gathered around including the manager. Proceeded to hunt down the dog owner and grief him rather than take inititive and clean up. There are always more employees here than customers. And this attitude rings loud throughout this store everytime I enter. I will never be returning to be quite honest.

Noel in the shoe dept was the best! He asked about my preferences and how I felt about my past shoes I've had. He spent a lot of time with me and shared his knowledge to make sure I got the perfect shoes for the gym. He also brought out a lot of choices to make sure I was happy with my pick. See Noel for the best service!

Keon in the shoe section was amazing, friendly, and very accomodating. I bought a shoe lock laces and a shoe cleaner and even helped me out to put my new lock laces on my shoes. He went above and beyond. I will come back and look for him to assist me.

Stopped in to buy a helmet for my son and Michael from the bikes department was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. He recommended the perfect infant bike seat and gave tips on how to install it and ride with it. Great customer service!

Not a very customer friendly place and when there is a pricing error on their part they will not honor or own up to it like normal businesses will. Rather do business with places that will charge for items how they are displayed and own up if pricing error is their error not act like customers opinions are no matter to them. Hope this company goes out of business and regret ever spending money with them.

Christian was amazing in the Men’s Shoe section! He helped me figure out the type of running shoe and size, plus gave me recommendations on the best brand for my feet / walk style. I basically got a free podiatrist consultation plus some great Asics shoes. He went above and beyond, thank you Christian!!! I’ll be back for any other shoe needs.

I want to report the terrible service I received, the employees are very rude.. they don't like helping customers, you ask yesterday what the product is and they point with their finger where the product is but they don't have the courage to take you to the product!! This store is very beautiful and has great products, but I believe that the employees should have training to know how to deal with customers. I would also like the store owner to arrive one day and be mistreated or poorly served. Who knows, the service would be better. I'm reporting what many would like to talk about!

I went to buy a pair of sports shoes costing $150, I was waiting for approximately 45 minutes for someone to serve me and until I got closer to where the staff comes out and despite a person helping me, his name is David, I told him that He brought me some tennis shoes like the ones I liked, he reluctantly brought me a box with only one shoe, I waited another 10 minutes for him to come out and I said goodbye to go inside where I was stuck, he almost pushed me out because that area is only for “ workers” is a terrible service. and that David is a worse employee, he has a job and he doesn't do it. Of course I didn't buy anything, I went to another store where they gave better service.
