Luke and Cecilia were a great help to me after dealing with a frustrating insurance issue. Also, the facility is nice and clean there were no issues with my car and check in and check out were seamless. If I ever need another rental, I will come back to this enterprise location.

Absolutely flawless experience. I can't say how much I appreciate the staff and their great service throughout my reservation. When the car I requested wasn't available, they upgraded it without hesitation. When I needed to extend my reservation by an additional day, they had it handled with a simple phone call. When I returned the car, Yvonne from the Colma office, couldn't have been more professional and courteous in finalizing the rental paperwork. I will definitely turn to Enterprise again for my next car rental. Solid, customer-focused, and respectful people who set the bar just a little bit higher than other car rental companies.

They really took care of me rented a car and forgot to bring back one key and they told me don't worry just bring it bring it back and I did one week later and they did not charge me. Very nice people

Customer service rep Luke was great, very helpful and the assistance much appreciated. The only negative was the vehicle itself. The windshield wipers were very ineffective and in the rainy weather we had it was a safety hazard.

Rental process was good. Luke was very quick with my return process. Only comment to the cleaning crew is the air freshener in the car eventually ran out and we could smell that a previous customer smoked in the car.

This Enterprise was the best rental experience so far. They upgraded me to a very nice mini van, and kept the low price I’d been quoted for a midsize. When I returned the vehicle, they offered to drive me home. I’ll return for all rental needs.

Enterprise has always been super easy and accommodating, and this time was no different. This was the third or fourth time renting from the Colma, CA location - really professional, nice people working there and we always get a clean, well maintained car. I've used Enterprise in other states and have had similar positive experiences. We've tried Avis and Budget in the past, but the reason we haven't used them again is simply that Enterprise is far superior. Thank you to Jeremy for helping us this time around, but kudos to the entire staff.

Scheduled for pick up at home three times no one showed up.1st time:Scheduled pick up at home the day before, no one showed up next day. I called and a staff picked up the call apologized, sent someone right away and kept me updated when the driver was on the way. Great attitude and problem solving on this which I appreciate. I booked a standard car online but they only have a compact car left on the lot that day. That car sucks. When I returned the car, the front desk staff-Karen asked how my experience was and I rated it 3/7. She was friendly and tried to make it up.2nd time:Scheduled pick up at home on 9/13,a staff called the next day (9/14)to confirm the pick up and still no one showed up. I called and the staff said they can send someone right away, but I asked them to come next day (9/15) because I could not keep waiting. The staff said they will have someone call me half an hour before the pick up. No one called today so I called three times. No one picked up nor showed up.

Only one counter working, and the wait is more than 20mins. Lines outside on both sides, and inside has a line as well. Very unorganized. Don’t even know where to check in? There is another station outside as well. No signs as to whether or not it’s for car’s drop off or check in. Very confusing location.

Just recently became a new member at enterprise because another customer suggested that we should join to make the renting process easier and faster. I did and it was a really great decision to make. Just rented an SUV and the process was like 5 minutes. Very friendly and efficient customer service. I am now reserving a new rental online ?

Smaller place than other rental car office but sometimes that makes customer pleasant cuz the staffs in here offer you better car with proper prices.

STAY CLEAR and if you rent take photos and video of your entire vehicle prior to driving off the lot. When the representative tells you "don't worry about the small dents and scrapes" DONOT believe them and take photos. My friend and I recently rented from enterprise in Burlingame and returned in Daly City. We pointed out multiple scrapes, scratches and dents to the rep in Burlingame and he said they were too small to worry about. When we returned in Daly City they accused us of denting the bumper. As you can see in the photo below there is a small dent in the bumper and the photo is time stamped from the day I picked it up. I followed up immediately with the Burlingame enterprise since I had received the already damaged car from that location. I spoke with Luis Prado who said to email him the photos and he would contact management and take care if it but that never happened and today I received an official notice from Damage Recovery Unit for payment of a vehicle that was damaged when I got it!!! Absolutely ridiculous, I will NEVER rent from this company again. BEWARE

If you want your time wasted with a bad attitude, go to this enterprise location and deal with the branch manager Alfie Rafael to have a particularity time wasting experience. I called literally 8 minutes beforehand to ask if they had cars available and I was told they had plenty of sedans....8 minutes and 12 seconds later when I arrived they had ONE filthy Ford Fusion...that I was supposed to be happy with. Yeah ok... so they say they can go get another car from about 5 miles away....ummm I could've done that myself, in the beginning IF I WAS TOLD ONLY 1 CAR WAS AVAILABLE. Then Ahole Alfie basically says too bad and then thought he had to flex his little baby power by telling my they weren't going to rent to me and I'd have to find a way home via Uber or fond a ride...because he was mad I called out the horrible lack of customer service. Don't do it!!!! Go to the Collins or Sunset locations and avoid the little big man attitude and the dirty 5 cars they MAY have available.

Great customer service at this location! Gerald or (G) was super nice and accommodating for my needs! I mentioned my previous experience at another location was not the best and he made sure to not let that happen there! 5/5 would recommend best location in SF AREA as I’ve used 3 other locations and this is the only one I will ever go back to!

Props for the Enterprise Biz Dev - for setting up a relationship with insurers and area shops - they made the pick up a seamless process.
