Went in to ask to to see if they had a specific pair vans that I saw in their website said they had in stock and some very unprofessional tattoo looking Hispanic lady replied "I am busy, the website is always wrong anyways, we don't have them in stock", I asked for a manager, she replied "I am In the manager", I ended up finding the shoes at shoe store in seramonte, stay away!

Brandon was very helpful and kind. Took his time showing me all the shoes. Foot locker is lucky to have him. Great customer service. Our check out was a very pleasant experience with Adrian.

I was there to buy some nice shoes because I had an urgent event to attend the following day, and this RUDE LADY didn't want to help us because she assumed we were going to steal, LIKE Why do I want to steal shoes that smell like moldy cheese? I can afford to buy shoes . Despite this, I gIVE the cashier five stars because he was friendly and offered to order THE SHOES for us.

I went up to a young lady to help my son get the right shoe size. One of the shoes, were scratched prior to fitting. So I asked if there was one pair without obvious scratches and she used the "it's the last one" line. I've encountered this so many times at foot locker. Sometimes, it could be the last one but I've heard it before way too many times without them checking. My son decided not to get it. Waste of money to pay that much for scratched up shoes. We sought for other shoes. We found one size 9. Pricsilla came up to us and helped us get the 9 1/2 so we can see the difference. It was too big. Priscilla went to help another customer. Took 5 mins before someone helped us get the shoe size we needed. Someone saw us at first but looked like she didn't want to help. So I had to approach her again and raise ny voice a little just to get her attention. We asked if there was a size 9. I handed her the 9 1/2 pair and the original size 9 shoe we had found. SHe came BACK and said.... there are no more 9's. I told her....the shoe you are holding now is a size 9. How can there be no pair to it? She looked shocked to realize that. She went back to the stock room. Luckily, Priscilla came by and she was able to get it for us. Priscilla gives exceptional and wonderful customer service. Never gave us the bad eye, she was going around helping people. Kept it professional and efficient. Love her straight forward attitude that gives off positive energy. Adrian, the cashier was polite and professional too. They both gave out positive vibes and they deserve a raise and acknowledgment for their work ethics and great hospitality! ? They are going places!

I bought a pair of New Balance running shoes for my son. After two weeks, the side ripped out. I tried to return them because they were so clearly faulty. They told me, "No, they're too worn!" He only ran in them five or six times and they tore out. They told me I have to contact New Balance. What a horrible policy! They have a corporate relationship with New Balance and it would be easy for them to get the shoe replaced. Any decent sporting good store would refund issue a refund and send the shoes back. It wouldn't cost them anything, they would keep me as a customer and they would preserve New Balance's reputation. Instead they have lost me as a customer, I don't trust New Balance any more and Im writing a crappy review about them. Now that Im on Yelp, I see they don't care much about customer service. So many bad reviews!

Wednesday 8/17/22 I took my grand daughter to purchase a present for her friends birthday we found what we liked , went to the register to purchased the items , stood there for 5-7 mins not one associate asked us if we needed help or if we were ready to check out , there were literally 7 employees standing or walking around several walked by us and 2 were at the counter ignoring us , I said is there a bell or something I need to ring to get some help around here the guy at the counter said oh sorry someone will be right with you not one person came to help I made a comment how ridiculous this is employees standing around chit chatting with each other but could careless about the customers who pretty much why they have a job !!! worst service ever they all were pretty young I guess they hire anyone !!! the guy who eventually helped us was short and rude I should of went else where I will never be back there again I will take my business where customers are appreciated

Went to buy comfortable shoes and a lot has changed since they relocated another spot in the Serramonte mall and it seems like they got smaller and not that many options of their shoes. As for sale agents there I would say John had great customer service. As busy as it was because everyone were trying to purchase the Warriors Gear and hats (Yes 2021-2022 Champions) the staff that were working the floor still did an amazing job in taking care of our needs.

How is one of your employee going to reach into my bag and ask what is this? Assuming I stole or something then when I told you, I'm returning it, you just walk away without apologizing. Maybe next time you can use your words instead of reaching in and touching my stuff.
