The product is the best on the market, but the amazing team, and customer service they bring is what makes this company:) The people who come to work at these carts and kiosks every day are the best around, hands down. They install Ghost Armor perfectly and treat you like a human, not just a sale. Just get it:)

I was told by a friend who's a customer of Ghost Armor to get my screen protected. I bought a Samsung A5 about 2 years ago and the wireless place where I purchased my phone installed a protective case and screen cover that later got really dulled up from keeping in my pocket. luckily it didn't peel off but made my screen hard to see in daylight. I just stopped by Ghost Armor in Calgary Sunridge Mall and the sales representative was able to get one ordered for my phone. I wait

I can't believe how ignorant the reps are in the mall and how rude they are. They will never get my business again and will never recommend them. The product is CRAP...it doesn't really protect your phone and is simply decoration. GET A CASE and save your money. By the way..they will not offer a refund if they screw up. NEVER USE GHOST ARMOR....you've been warned.

VERY DISAPPOINTED!! I purchased the matte product (full wrap) for my iphone 5 a little over a month ago. The product started to peel back on the corners that wrap the edge of the phone. I drove to the mall in Pleasanton, CA 4 TIMES, let me say that again... 4 TIMES within the first 30 days of having the product. Each time I was told to come back because they did not have the matte finish in stock. After the 4th visit (also about the 30th day of owning the product) I said forget it. I called customer service for a refund and they turned me down because I was a couple of days past the 30 day refund policy. They said they could ship the matte product to my house and then take it in to get applied, but after all the trouble (and the back and forth to the mall), I did not want to have to go through this every time I needed something replaced. EXTREMELY disappointed in the customer service. AVOID this company. The product is not the best and the customer service is horrible.
