I wouldn't recommend this place. People do not help. Employees stand around. Their stuff is all loose and messy. They might be cheap and you get what you pay for.

I went to Home Depot at Westlake shopping center to look for a kitchen faucet recently. The stuff I needed not available anymore. Gina and Shina helped me find the alternative and ordered one for me . They're very patient and warm. Their excellent service is greatly appreciated.

Don't even think about buying door or windows or any special services from the Daly City Home Depot. They have the worst customer service. Just try to call the store and see if anyone answers and if they do after letting the phone ring for 20 minute straight they will transfer you to a department that no one works in. Management needs to get a clue or be replaced.

It is convenient and usually well stocked. The only issue is customer service. When you need help or just want to ask a question, the red vest disappears. I feel like they don't want to help. Now you see them now, you don't.

Home Depot sucks. Their customer service sucks. I'm completely done with them. Use Lowes!

It's not clear on their website but this home depot does not cut wood for you. Every third party website I found suggested that cutting purchased wood should be standard at home depot.
