I was going to go there to get some info of my dads account if he still had an open or closed account but I figure to check them out for myself we will stop by today by 9am and will update this review once we see how they will treat us. To be continued...UPDATE:Went to this location about 9am and to my surprise I got immediate help, there was 3 workers there and I was able to complete my task in less than half an hour, I would say that the old reviews showing from 10 months ago it's possible that the workers that gave bad customer service are long gone or possibly have moved on out of this location but for this first time here I will say I had a great experience and was taken care of in a timely manor.”

I talked with them as well as two other companies and this company was very quick to answer my questions transparent with their information and easy to talk to. At the end of the day the process was quick went according to their plan with the exception of the title company taking an extra couple of weeks. “A first-time customer visiting their physical office because I couldn't complete opening an account online from home.There's no front desk, but the staff was prompt to check in with me when one of them finally had a moment before assisting his other client.The total wait time was about 40 minutes (I arrived at noon), but again, the staffs did what they could when they could... to check in with me twice and to ensure I'm not just being abandoned, lol.And all I had to do was complete opening a new account on their iPad... which was sitting on the desk where I was waiting. I wish they would have just told me to try that while they're busy with other client.But now we know...Overall, very nice staffs and I got what I needed to be done.”

“I have been a customer of Wells Fargo for many years...I had to go to this office because my eldest sister passed away and she had a safety deposit box. Of course we had to complete all the legal work. I made an appointment with banker (Sanjeev Kumar) to close out the box to drive up to San Francisco later in the week. I was very happy that because we had the keys and the paperwork, we were able to accomplish what we needed in less than an hour. I read all of the negative reviews but I personally have never experienced poor treatment. I've been banking with them for many years but my usual bank is located down the peninsula. This bank has been a family bank for over 30 years without any issues.”

“I'm writing this about Fidelity Investments in general, not the Montgomery St office in particular. I saw all of these bad reviews (while looking for lunch restaurants near that office) and think a corrective is important. I don't like the Montgomery St office either. The staff is under-informed and has been rude to me on multiple occasions. However, the location is not why I still have money with Fidelity. This point needs to be made. Fidelity is a very safe place to keep your money. It's very easy to trade online. Fees are among the lowest, if not the lowest, in the industry. I have accounts with other banks and brokerage houses, so I can compare. Their phone service, while imperfect, is also good compared to other brokerages. You can usually sort out problems quickly.You have to accept the weak points. Montgomery St staff are like time-share sales people: they always push hard, repeatedly, for you to invest in something that you don't want. (Before it was annuities; now it's some sort of private-investing tax-loss-harvesting scheme.) So when you meet with any of them 1-on-1, you have to be prepared for it to be 80% unwanted sales pitch. But the other 20% is often useful information.Montgomery office staff are also horrible snobs. On my last visit the guy told me in no uncertain terms how little my amount of money means to Fidelity, and how much money his important clients have. Got it. BUT he also showed me how to quickly increase the amount of interest I'm getting on my core account. I had to put up with the obnoxious snobbery, but I got something valuable from it. That's not the first time.In short, yes, the Montgomery office is awful. Going there today and maybe once again they will sneer at me because I'm not going in a suit and tie. But the Montgomery office is not Fidelity.”
