Frozen dim sum with nice ambiance. Non-dim sum seems to be the way to go.

Food is tasty, but pricey. Service is hit or miss, if you’re able to flag them down, then they will provide service. Typical loud restaurant setting. Long lines. Husband saw a rat run across the room when we entered. I chose to ignore it while eating our food given that we were already there with friends and weren’t going to go somewhere else, but probably wouldn’t go back.

Used to come here during it's prime. Unfortunately a lot had changed. It used to be the best dim sum in the Bay Area, but now it's average and the menu has reduced. However, the food is not bad, it's just not the same as before.

The food was fresh and delicious. We were able to make a reservation, although getting there at opening meant it wasn't busy, but it filled up. Service was fairly attentive though a few dishes took a long time to get to us. Definitely the spot to hit in the Bay area for dim sum.

Really good food and great variety. Huge place. Interior is not trendy and worn. Prices are rather on the high side.

I went to dim sum today. When I ate the spinach scallop dumpling, I bit something hard. I thought it was a carrot, but when I spit it out, it was a big piece of hard black plastic! What the heck! I was so shocked - plastic inside the food. I ate the whole dumpling. What else did I eat? Maybe I ate other pieces of plastic. I talked to the manager. He didn't seem to care. He offered to take off the tea and 18% service fee. He wanted me to finish the food and pay. He didn't care about my health or if I ate other parts. He said I didn't eat other parts. How does he know? But I couldn't eat anymore. I felt like throwing up. Such bad service and stinky restaurant. Don't go there. Avoid this restaurant. They don't care about you, only the money.

The food is pretty nice. There is no dimsum if you go in the afternoon though ? Soup is great and service was good. The environment is okay with fish swimming in the middle. They do automatically charge you 18% for service fee so don’t double tip! Also…for weird reason it seems like the fish in aquarium are dead ?

Arrived at 11:45 and had to wait a full hour for the second seating. A bit hectic and sloppy inside to be including an auto gratuity but whatever. All the food was good including splurgy items at doable prices (fried lobster and fried crab). Suckling pig and duck were great.
