I'm on vacation and my doctor back home randomly requested some updated bloodwork. After looking up nearby Labcorp locations I was a bit freaked out by the reviews I was seeing, especially when it came to long waits and rude staff. Fortunately, I had a relatively pain free experience here and was in and out in under 30 minutes without an appointment! I stopped in on a Friday around 8AM and admittedly the awaiting room was pretty packed. I signed in on the ipads and was told there was a 30+ minute wait. What's nice is they told me I could wait in my car and they'd text me when my turn was up. After around 30 minutes I popped back inside to see where I was in line. Imagine this - I was polite and friendly to the front desk staff and they were friendly right back! Not having an attitude goes a long way. 2 minutes later I was taken to the back and had one of the fastest and easiest blood draws of my life. Everyone was friendly along the way. Anything medical that involved waiting can be awful, but being nice to the staff led to them being nice right back to me. Only docking a point because the waiting room is worse than a DMV in terms of comfort. I felt taken care of and was basically in and out without much hassle and without an appointment on a busy morning.

Fantastic service and easy in and out. Got here early, check-in was easy, and the wait wasn't long at all. The front desk was very accommodating and welcoming. Got my blood work done without and hiccups. Just a great staff and a pleasant environment. Definitely recommending this place to others in the future.

This receptionist at 9:30 AM February 14 2024 was unhelpful, careless, entitled and unprofessional. I was just dropping off specimen test knits that his colleague gave me a few days ago. His response: you cannot drop off specimen test knits without a doctor's order in the system.I tried to argue that another receptionist found it in the system a few days ago, and offered to show it to him on my phone. He just kept repeating he couldn't accept it without a doctor's order. I asked him if samples would be valid in a few days if my doctor resent her order. His response still: you cannot drop off specimen test knits without a doctor's order in the system.When I left, I was so angry and smashed their testing knits into the trashcan. Wasted all my time doing the test and driving here.

Blood drawn for my mother is something she's not excited about, but she did very well if I was to care the quality of care was great. He took his time with her and he got the job done. first experience at this office was a great.

Can't get through on the phone to verify my lab order is in the system and nobody has returned my call after 2 days. I tired calling a few offices and none of them will connect to a human. Trying to verify before I make a trip up there and wait. (Had an issue when MD office didn't put the lab order through and waited just to be told they couldn't help me) Online appointments are next to impossible to make for a convenient time frame.

Maria Dwyer was amazing! Painless and fast blood draw! Did a walk in and was out in an hour even with a full waiting room.

If you don't have an appointment (and they're hard to get), expect to wait for hours, especially on Saturdays because this is the only location open. That said, the folks working at this LabCorp get a bad rap based on other reviews, and I'm not sure why. We found they were very lovely, despite the overwhelming number of people constantly flowing into the waiting room. Marta at the intake desk was the absolute best - kind, understanding, funny, always had a smile. And Clay who drew the bloodwork was just as wonderful - and very thorough too (which I appreciated and can't say has been my experience with other phlebotomists). We really felt we were in such good hands. Thank you, Marta and Clay!

Very friendly staff at location. I was an hour early for my appointment and thought I'd have to wait. Fortunately I was called right away and in n out of there in 10 minutes. Front desk awesome, lady taking my blood was awesome. Thank you

Always seem to be short-staffed. After checking in, I waited an hour and 40 minutes to be finally called to the front desk to go over my lab orders. Then it took another 30-35 minutes to get my blood drawn. Labcorp, do better.

Hours are wrong. Customer service sucks. I come in, check in on self serve kiosk and then they close the window to say sorry they are closed...after fasting for 15 hrs and taking the bus on a rainy day to be turned away. This place should be shut down already with short staff and wrong hours posted and terrible customer service. Just be glad you have a job people! Will use Quest from now on. No thank you to the gentlemen working the desk. Rude.

Difficult to get appointments, so walk-ins are available but may have to wait. This location closes for lunch from 11 am - noon. Best to avoid lunch times. You can check in inside and then wait in your car to be called your mobile phone. Most phlebotomists are really good at blood draws.

Horrible. In addition to waiting for close to an hour, they gave me the wrong test and were very rude about it. I had gone in for a specific test ordered by my doctor. And when it was my turn to get my results they didn't even tell me what test they were doing until I asked. When I told the test my doctor sent in the phlebotomist then said "well this is the test you're getting today" as they jammed the needle into my arm. Utterly disgusted with these people.

Great service,the technician who took my blood draw was friendly, the staff were friendly...wish the schedule was convenient, they close early..wish they close a little later like 5pm..Closed early is an inconvenience for some..that's my only grievance on this issue..

Check in was good and the reception people are helpful. I thankfully had the appointment so wait wasn't bad. The actual technician was horrible. A younger girl but in between changing the tube she was NOT PAYING ATTENTION and stuck the needle in the vein too deep. She had to pull it out and re-stick it in. SO bad. My arm is bruised and this place did live up to the current review.
