Save yourself the time & headache & go to Lids at Stonestown! Ask for Shae! She will get you right! I wasted 3 hours today because Lids at Serramonte couldnt get a basic ass "R.I.P" embroidery right! First they stitched it like "Rip" when my receipt clearly shows that I wanted it in all caps then another person came & redid it just to fuck up again & have different font sizes. This the 2nd fuck up by 2 different people! They dont know what the hell they're doing! I ended up rushing over to Stonestown & Shae was able to get my hat done in a few minutes!

do not go to this place for embroidery! they will fuck up your shit, took those idiots 3 hours to ruin my hat & not even be able to finish the last word of the design. stay away from these fuck people! i bet you dont want your hat looking like this ( image below ) keep up outta that store peace & love tho!

This Lids is awesome. To my surprise they had a nice variety of jersey's and sports clothing. It was nice to stock up. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We will be back for the Durant jersey!!

Loved the customer service hands down. My kids acted up while I was working in California. Long story short I returned the two hats the next day. The gentleman was polite and told me I would receive the refund that same day. That was December 14th 2022. I’m very disappointed that no one at lids can help me. I live in Kentucky 2,000 miles away. I just want my refund ASAP. Hoping to get some assistance that is worth my time. Very frustrated with Lids

This store incorrectly charged me twice for one item and lied they refunded me for incorrect charge when I was at the store. Didn’t give me a receipt for cancelled charge so I was already suspicious. I never received a refund for double charge, he didn’t void it like he claimed. The manager refused to fix this problem, didn’t even ask for my name to look up my transaction and hung up on me. I called my bank to dispute, but I would avoid because they are thieves at this store location.

I went here to get a hat with stitching and I was really happy with how the stitching came out. They did it in a perfectly straight line. When I went to pick out my hat they didn't have it on the shelf the worker went to the back and got it for me. If you need a hat I suggest going here!

I went in on a Tuesday to look for a jersey. I was happy to see they had just ONE left in the size that I needed. I asked them to put it on hold for me as I didnt get paid until Thursday. They asked me for my name, said they would hold it for me, and sent me on my way. Fast forward to Thursday. I walk into lids to get my jersey, and they check the back to see if it is there. They come back a minute later telling me that it isn't there and that they only put items on hold for 24 hours, despite never mentioning this before. They should DEFINITELY tell you that your item will be gone if you dont pick it up the next day. I now will have a late Christmas gift for my family and I blame it on the poor communication of the staff here. 0/5 stars. Do not recommend.

Hat store. Well organized and quick check out. Serramonte is a maze and seemingly always under construction but I don't blame that on lids.
