I do not recommend this auto shop. Jackie is very unprofessional. You could immediately envision that you are not going to get the good job that you would expect done. The facility was in shambles, disorderly and very disorganised and dirty. There were no mechanics around that i saw around working every time I visited him for the 5 days that my car was there , to know when he would start working on the car. My car was towed there and was not drivable otherwise I would have gone to other shop. He charged me $1,403.00 for a timing belt change and when I I drove out of there there is a sound that wasn't there before and there is an oil leak. I'm thinking of taking him to small claim court because the job was not than right. I'm very disappointed. When I have smog done 2 blocks from his shop and talk about my experience with Jackie they told me that I'm not the first one that have issues with his work performance.

Jackie and team are amazing. He has extensive MB experience and is honest and straightforward. He and his team are responsive, communicative, and efficient. I prefer to drive over an hour to Jackie at his service center than to go to the local MB service center/dealers. Honestly, I still drive my car because I have a trusted service advisor. Thankful for good folks like Jackie!

If you want to know the kind of service to expect here, plz read on: This is the first time that I am writing a review while feeling that 5 stars is NOT good enough to express how much I appreciate not only the outstanding and "above and beyond" service I received from Jacky, but also Jacky himself! I arrived in San Francisco recently from the East Coast as a stranger (first time on the West Coast!), on a 24-hour mission to purchase a rare Mercedes-Benz car for a relative. In the current crazily inflated car market, one needs a trusted and deep diagnosis inspection done by a certified MB technician, to make sure a deal struck on a car is worth the money paid. The technician I had initially booked an appointment with ended up NOT being available to see me, and as I only had a few hours to have the inspection done and then hit the road the same day for an 800 miles trip to deliver the car, he advised me to drop by Jacky's shop to see if Jacky could see me as a walk-in. I dropped by Jacky's, explaining my situation and asking if he could help with the inspection and a heater valve replacement. Jacky had a full schedule that day, but asked me to return 3 hours later. @ 3PM PST, I returned to Jacky's shop, and he immediately started working on the car. Jacky complemented me on the excellent quality the car I had just purchased was in. He offered to borrow my phone to take closeup pictures of the undercarriage to send to my relative to show them how well-preserved the car had been by its previous owner. Jacky not only fixed the heater climate control issue, but he also uncovered a hidden under-voltage problem, whose cause was an aging ABS system battery and actuator. Jacky took his time working on my car overtime to make sure everything was ready for the long road-trip. His shop closes at 6:00PM, but we organically ended up talking so much that we left his shop several hours later!! Jacky showed me different pricing options for the parts required for each service needed then, giving me choices on what to have done then and what to do later. Jacky was soooo helpful to me and pleasantly surprised me so much that I felt compelled to buy him dinner. He declined my offer...only to later hand me $$ to buy myself dinner!! As an unexpected part (actuator) needed replacing and couldn't be delivered until the next morning , I had to unexpectedly spend another night in SFO. Jacky not only helped me secure a $20/night room in SFO(!!), he offered to leave my car in his shop, and lend me his BMW sedan instead so I could get to my hotel room and return AM!! The next morning when I returned to his shop, Jacky had already been working on the car first thing in the morning as soon as the part was delivered, and he ALSO had ordered breakfast ready for me!! If I said I was flabbergasted by the kindness and customer care of this man, it would be the biggest understatement of 2022!!! That same morning, as I finished my breakfast watching a Champions League game on a TV in his shop, Jacky had my car ready, fully diagnosed and serviced, without any error codes on his multiple deep scans and ready to hit the road. He understood my need to leave the city early so as to complete the 800 miles road trip before 10PM PST. Just revisiting these events, as I type these words, brings back a flood of good conversations, laughter and emotions shared with Jacky as he was working on my relative's car. I still cannot believe these events actually happened and the sheer luck I had in meeting Jacky. This the story of my 1st encounter with the man whom I have come to consider as the best Mercedes-Benz mechanic in North America, & a man I am happy to call my friend. To this day, although my relatives live in another State far from SFO and I live on the East Coast, Jacky is our 1st text/call when we need an expert opinion on something going on with our cars. I have a broken water pump and the front brakes and rotor need replacement. I took the car in to be inspected by Jackie, and he quickly gave me a very fair quote to get the work done. The work is done quickly at a high quality. He is now my go-to mechanic for maintenance and repair in the future.

This business is not very professional. Be careful with them. Charged me over price and will not treat you like you are a appreciated customer unless you are Asian. Very pick and choosiest who the tend too. I schedule a diagnostic for a Saturday and arrived before opening to get car diagnosed. I talked to a service mechanic that had arrived early as well. This was at 8am. By 345 pm I had given Jackie a call for him only to tell me that he hasn’t even looked at it . No courtesy call or no type of call. Upon arriving at 5pm they still had not looked at my car nor even try to express there concern with my s550 I usually go to a different Mercedes independent shop not too far away but need diagnostic ASAP . I spoke with him on the phone and he hung up on my face and told me my battery was not installed by him but it was . He took my money for job but didn’t log it in his records as he’s the only tech who has ever touched my rear battery. Please do not bring your car gear unless your Asian then he will speak to you like you are a person . Let’s keep in mind that I have spent thousands at this business . He is not a master tech obviously not competent to figure out a minor problemServices: Auto engine diagnostic

Excellent Merc & BMW service center. The owner himself is the chief maintenance officer. He knows his job very well! His name is Jacky. Very friendly person and he is a professional person.I have been taking my Merc GLA 450 since Jan 2016 and Jacky always serviced my car very well.
