In the middle of replacing my extensions, she said "I will charge you an extra $50 for this" when she was struggling to untangle some parts. She then proceeded to say "I usually charge $100 when it's this tangled." She then made me pay before she was finished.

I love this place soooo much! Jenny is amazing and super sweet! I've been going to her for almost 10 years now.. I've done blonde, red, highlights & black you name it! Her work is impeccable! I love when people can't tell I have extensions on! She's fast and she gets the job done. I don't go anywhere else!!!!! She is the Queen of extensions period xoxo

DON'T GO HERE!!! I got 18 inch extensions from here and only had them in for a month before taking them out and when I got them removed more than half of my hair was gone!!! It's been 4 weeks since I got them removed and I'm still devastated at how much hair loss was caused by these extensions. They are not good quality ones and tug on your hair tremendously... I would do anything to go back in time and not get these extensions put in. Now I have to wait for my hair to regrow and spend lots of $$$ getting hair oils and hair growth shampoos and products. If you want hair extensions go to a place that uses common types of extensions. I have never heard of these beaded ones or seen anyone else use them... Such a scam, that's why it's half the price of other places. Below I put a picture of my thick healthy hair before extensions and a picture of my fine damaged hair after removing the extensions.

Jenny is the best! Got my hair extensions done here and had about four different colors in my hair. She takes the time to customize to your hair and make sure it's a perfect match. Prices went up since I last been here about $100 a bundle so just ask for a quote first if you're not sure but was still worth it. Highly recommend!

Jenny was the absolute BEST. I was referred to her by my coworker and I did not expect her customer service to be so nice. I've been to salons and usually they wouldn't talk at all to make me comfortable so when she did that she made me feel so relaxed and at ease (considering I have extreme anxiety.) Next, her hands are so gentle lol! After an hour into my application, I started falling asleep. My hair was extremely short and I have an asymmetrical haircut which made me have to use lots of bundles but I swear she did magic!! I would post a short hair photo of me but it's kind of embarrassing haha. All in all, JENNY IS AN A-Lister! She's sweet and knows how to make customers feel comfortable and welcomed. 10/10 recommend.

My stylist was Jennie! She help me put on hair extensions and the quality was really good! Jennie knew what she was doing and was very patient and a great hair stylist. I believe that the prices are reasonable. Scheduling an appointment was very flexible.

Spend your money elsewhere! Long story short her technique of removal will damage and literally break your hair! I got 18in micro links done by Jenny she advise me the hair extensions was good quality and I can use over and over . They were poor quality and I was only able to use them twice. She told me after TWO USES I had to buy new hair because the ones i bought the first time were dried and damage!! I hardly put heat to my hair and when I do I ALWAYS use a protectant. Anyways after 2 installs I decided to take them out and let my hair breathe! But when I tell you the way she was ripping my hair trying to remove the glue / residue was traumatizing . She didn't even wash my hair! I was so disappointed my hair is now a lot finer than before!! Pls do your research on hair extensions / stylist before you go .

I love this place! I've already gotten my extensions from them 2 times and it comes out so good every time. The owner is also super nice and sweet. I don't think I can stop getting my hair done from them from now on. Super worth the money!!

I am obsessed with my hair extensions! Jenny did an amazing job matching the extensions to my existing hair color. I got the 18 in extensions and they look so natural, I keep getting compliments!

Had my extensions here once and once re-upped. The extensions are decent quality and Jenny's work is done really well. The tension isn't bad, spacing is great, and she's skilled. It grew out great and it looked natural. I went in 8 weeks later to get it re-upped-- and that's when the nightmare started. What isn't great is her sister's work. Jessica stands in for Jenny when you're either not a regular of Jenny's or not a new client, and Jessica? Definitely the opposite of a magic touch. She has her own shop in San Mateo, but both times I've been there, Jessica has been at this location. In 2 weeks, my extensions were not only extremely tight, but also bunched up in the top of each i-tip, which meant the tension was all wrong. from poor spacing, rushed work that resulted in multiple hair follicles supporting multiple i-tips + she used some of the extensions as i-tip support mistakenly, to uneven placement of the extensions, gathering uneven amounts of hair per each i-tip--- it resulted in hair bunching up above the rings, and the constant uneven tension caused my natural hair to pull out, and irritation to the scalp.She was the opposite of consistent, and even on the first day of the 2nd application, you could see the levels of her extensions were at different lengths. They also started twisting on the 2nd week. It looked horrendous on week 3. I decided to personally remove them and throw my extensions away at week 6, because I will never trust them with my hair again. I feel bad because I read the recent reviews of people getting angry at her appointments when she got into an accident-- and I understand needing someone else to help when you have too many clients. The switch and bait is pretty bad--- I didn't even mind paying the extra they kept quoting me the first and second time because of how much hair I had naturally. I hated Jessica's lack of care, mediocre work, and terrible job and now I'm worried for my scalp's health. My advice? Don't come. And if you must-- demand for Jenny only. But it speaks volume if she's fine to accept terrible work from her sister/assistant/other to touch her clients' hair with extension providing lackluster quality control and dismal consistency.

I've gotten extensions here many times but will not go back after the owner stood me up and had me drive an hour to go to a empty salon. She said come on Monday to have my extensions removed and when I was on the way I called her just to make sure it was still a good time. No answer but a few minutes later she was calling but hung up after first ring. So I called back and asked if it's still good to come and she said I'll call you back later. So I just figured she was busy and was already on my way. I drive from Vacaville and see no one is there. I ended up going to the salon next door and asked if they remove extensions and they did. As he was taken then out a lot of my real hair came out because of the glue on the tip of the extensions was in my hair. It left so much glue residue in my hair it was terrible. My hair feels so much thinner now so they're definitely damaging to hair, I would not recommend! Better off doing clip in extensions and saving your hair!

Made an appointment for an i-tip move up last week over the phone for earlier today at 10am. Got there at 9:50am and no one was in the salon. Called her at 10am, and she seemed confused and asked what I needed. I told her I had an appointment at 10am and that I'm here. She startled saying she had an emergency. Then she said her friends at the hospital. Then she said she's at the hospital. I'm not sure if she was lying or telling the truth, but either way, I understand emergencies happen, however I wish she had let me known before, that she wasn't going to be able to make it. I work as well and have a kid, and blocked this time off to go there. I also texted her this, and got no response. My friend, who actually recommended me to her, also told me an incident like this happened to her as well. Oh btw, for those who know about hair extensions, you have to get a move up within 6 weeks, after 6 weeks, it is considered a new install, which cost more. I will now be passed my 6 week mark, and have to wait a couple more weeks somewhere else with a reliable hairstylist I found, and pay for a new install. Please be considerate of other people's time. If you have an emergency, let them know. Otherwise, it sounds like bs.

I came here with short damaged hair asking for hair extensions with some blonde highlights. She incorporated this into my hair without having to dye my real hair! The extensions are so soft and make me feel 100x more confident! I will definitely be back (:

I stopped this girl at Sephora because she had absolutely stunning hair. She told me she went to Magic Touch salon. I called Jenny at Magic Touch and she scheduled me right away. I scheduled a hair color with highlights and 18" extensions. She did an amazing job. I absolutely loved it and will be back. Highly recommend Magic Touch. Jenny is great at extensions. This is my first time and I love them.
