“Great experience with Alex at Mattress Firm in Serramonte. He was very helpful in answering all our questions and staying connected from selection to installation of our mattresses. We had additional complexity of buying in CA and delivering in ME and it went through without any issues.”

“Sun at Mattress Firm Westlake Center was an absolute legend! He answered every single question I had, showed incredible patience while I tried out different options, and guided me straight to my absolute dream mattress. To top it all off, he hooked me up with amazing discounts that made the entire experience top-tier. On top of that, Mattress Firm offers a super seamless delivery service—they install the new mattress, pick up your old mattress and box spring, and clean up all the packaging boxes so you don't have to lift a finger. If you want top-tier service, go see Sun! :-D”

“THIS IS THE BEST FURNITURE STORE I HAVE EVER BEEN TO IN 25 YEARS! I FELL IN LOVE WITH THIS STORE!! NOW, THIS IS HIGH-END QUALITY FOLKS & YOU WON'T BE DISAPPOINTED, AT ALL;-) !!! LOOK NO MORE, THIS IS THE PLACE TO SHOP! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS STORE TO EVERYONE LOOKING FOR TOP QUALITY AND AMERICAN-MADE AND CUSTOM-MADE ITEMS. THIS IS A REAL FURNITURE STORE, THAT STILL MAKES ITS FURNITURE OUT OF REAL WOOD. NOT CARDBOARD LIKE Ashley Furniture, which is pure trash! After having a very bad experience with Ashley in Colma, CA, I found these diamond in a ruff;-)!Semi was absolutely amazing and her customer service skills were awesome! We laughed and browsed around and picked out a new beautiful fabric of my choice for my new sectional. I AM GETTING MY 1ST CUSTOM-MADE SECTIONAL HERE AND I AM SO EXCITED;-)! I spent a few hours here and Semi and I had 1-on-1 time together, it was extremely delightful and professional. I came at the best time and I had her all to myself. This furniture store has a deep and rich history here in the city and has been around for over 20 + years. I remember when it was in the city. I am a native here. I am paying $500 to $600 more than I paid at Ashely's but, IT IS WELL WORTH IT. I don't care about the price when I am happy and the quality is great!!! The prices are reasonable for the high quality you are buying. I can not wait for it to be delivered in 4 weeks. I will be back with an update. Thank you Semi you were a rock star;-)!”
