The nail tech rushed and the nail polish was clumpy. The wax lady who did a good job the last time, rushed this time, ripped my skin, and made me bleed. To make matters worse, they charged me $10 more than the last visit for the same services. I’m sad because I felt taken advantage of. It’s hard to find good honest people these days, nothing but thieves out to steal your money.

Literally will ditch clients mid service to attend regulars that they seem really chummy with. The most unhygienic place I’ve ever been in. The lady that did my nails cut my nails like they had personally insulted her mother and she didn’t want to do it. Then flat out dumps the clippings and skin on the floor of the place. Wipes down seats with towels that then fall on the floor and they use again. She ditched me for a good five minutes while painting my nails and then came back with wet gloves from someone’s pedicure water. 🤢🤮🤢🤮🤢🤮🤢🤮 if I get an infection of any kind I will be suing. All the good reviews are probably “friends of the salon”. My disgust must have been showing because the lady was laughing. You can bet money that I bathed in hand sanitizer after being in there.

Although I had to wait a bit, the service overall was amazing. The nail tech was very kind and knowledgeable. I wanted a light pink and the one I chose was too sheer and my nail tech picked my pink out for me and it was EXACTLY what I wanted. She was very quick and courteous.

Needed dip removal and was able to drop in right after I called. I was in and out in about an hour. The team there hustles, but in the hustle they still have great attention to detail for their guests and cleanliness. I had all 3 of the workers assisting me at different stages and hand offs were clean and no info missed between. Super efficient and friendly.

My sister and I called in the morning and they squeezed us in right away! Lua did both of our nails and did such an amazing job. Both of us rarely get our nails done so we were so happy with the result, our nails look exactly like what we asked for.

Long overdue review! These nails make me feel so beautiful! I called and made a last minute appointment for this gel x set. The ladies here are so kind and talented. I live out of town, but I love coming here every chance I get!

it is terrible. I did nail every moth this is the worst experience.
firstly： the lady is really rude she did wrong color but kept asking me OK ？ OK？ OK？ I said no . she rude to answer how comes you do not like it.
secondly： discriminate I brought my kid. because she did bad job had to fix it she was not willing to do it always laughing at me and talking to her colleagues about me
thirdly： deceive consumers when you charge some fee you should tell customer at the begainning. when at the end I want to pay I was told to charge nail ＄40 . and design fee for ＄5 each nail . totally design fee ＄50！！ and＄10 others fee I dont know what it is total price ＄100！！ no extension nothing cost me＄100and even they No protective coating！！
the last one which I really could not stand is when the third day My nail is cracked and I broke it in the shower today with half of my flesh exposed！ ohmy god！！ That's really terrible . I will never come back！！

Lua did my nails exactly how I wanted them. I wanted dip powder with my natural nails and she shaped them perfectly. She did them quickly & beautifully!

Every time I come to get my nails done it very fast and they last about one month before having to get a touch up .

Let my start of by saying i LOVE Lua and her salon. She is the only person i trust with my nails. She does the best work. I show her something I want and she copies it perfectly if not better. Im so happy she got her own place finally. Her attention to detail and steady hands are amazing. She never hurts me and is gentle. She absolutely slayed my nails, my sisters, and moms. We were there for hours and hours yet she happily chatted with us. I cannot remember the names of the people who did our pedis but everyone there is great. 1000% Recommend.
