Give me wrong colour of paint and said it looks pretty close but it didn't but nevertheless ended up getting myself almost match said didn't have more paint other than what was just inside the door around the aisle I spotted a full shelve of paint but not what I wanted a can of spray paint was $21 down the street at O'Reilly's was $9 for exactly the same cant who's ripping who off go figure out

I found out I had a brake light out most of the places you go to make you buy two Napa are you ready you only have to buy one I put the brake light in I don't have to worry about getting stopped and getting cited

The store manager named Alex lacked in customer service by a large degree. He was incredibly difficult and sarcastic while conducting a simple transaction. I'd rather drive to the Napa in Burlingame where customer service is prioritized, then to shop at this location ever again.

I bought a tool and specific for which car and they gave me a wrong tool, when I tried to exchange it they said no return or exchange . Very very bad policy and I will tell this to all my friends and relatives not to buy from them
