National Cleaners is the worst. It smells like rancid cigarette, the attendant smokes even when talking with customers. They ruined one of my dresses, the alteration I requested was wrong, they left the dress short in the front and long in the back. The clothes stunk like cigarette and they charged me more for the alteration to hem the dresses than the actual price of the dress. The attendant lied about the hem of the dress even when i showed it to him, he kept insisting the dress was not shorter and I showed it to him several times yet he kept denying it. I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS SHITTY EXPENSIVE BUSINESS AND WILL NEVE RRECOMMEND IT.

Cash-only place, but really good price for both dry cleaning and alteration. The owner also recycle hangers - bring your old dry cleaning hangers here, don’t waste ‘em.PROS:Overall very fast service. I drop my stuff off on Friday and can pick up by Monday.CONS:This place is good for not too fussy items. However my husband’s stuff with delicate buttons did not fare as well. Two of his shirts had button broken, though we asked that he wrap the buttons before washing. So if you have brand name items don’t take them here.

Always take my clothes for dry cleaning including suits. Cheap and reliant service. They take a day to have your clothes ready. Check them out

This review is mainly for alteration services. The lady there has hem my pants, changed zippers in jeans and dress pants, I ve always been very happy with the results. I have never been overcharged nor had a bad experience with Any of my clothes. I like the fact that the turn around time is short and if you request a specific day she is honest and tells you wether is possible or not. I suggest one is short and clear giving her instructions that way she ll give you immediate feed back in your expectations. Double check prices and make sure you get a tag with prices listed on it for your pick up. I have also taken some dresses and shirts for dry cleaning again have never had any problems, I wish it continues like that.

Woman behind counter is rude and dishonest. She tried to cover up her mistake (losing my clothes) and accused me of trying to shake her down. I tried to speak reasonably with her, but she went crazy berserk and shouted that I was not welcome back, ever. Not to worry.

the worst, they tried over charging me the second time I went in. I had two separate orders all for laundry. One ticket for 4 shirts like $8, the other for 3 T-SHIRTS, $19! I asked why She said dry clean! You ask for dry clean! UMMMMMM NO! BC I paid like 120 for all of these t-shirts. They will rip you off!!!! Beware!!!!!!! I will NEVER GO THERE AGAIN

Rude and useless. They lost my suit the day of an event I had to attend and they showed no care. Told me to come back the next following days which is useless since I didn't need it anymore. Forget these people for they will forget about you too.

They ruined my dress. The tag specified spot dry-cleaning and to be careful of the beading and they didn't pay attention. The beads all melted off - only the threads holding the beads remained on the bodice of the dress. When my hubby went to pick up the dress, the woman first made him pay for the dry cleaning and then showed him the dress. She even yelled at him saying if the beads were real, they wouldn't melt. Real what? Gemstones???! Bad service and not even a sorry.

Fast, friendly, efficient and cheap! The lady who takes in my clothes is very nice. She does her job very quickly and hasn't lost any of my clothes yet. The previous place I took my clothes to would charge a lot but the clothes never felt clean. But National Cleaners returns my stuff feeling and looking clean. It looks like they do the cleaning on site so that's a plus because they can really work on the persistent stains. First time there, I had a really nasty blood stain on my cream pants...(NASTY I KNOW) but she removed it! She saved my suit! I was so happy... I am a happy customer and will continue bringing in my dry clean only clothes here. =] Will also try her alterations skills in the near future!
