I bought my husband an hour of archery for his birthday and wow a fun time. I really did not know what to expect. My expectations were low. I feel in love. I look forward to partaking in this again.

So I just did my first class with them. I like 'em. The instructor was patient, clear, and concise. I felt comfortable with him even though I was nervous/excited. Price for class was reasonable. Equipment prices seem fair and affordable to make this my new hobby. The archers were friendly and patient with me as I was always the last one to finish. Looks like parking could be difficult if planet fitness is busy. That's about it.

I love Pacifica Archery! The price point is really unbeatable for newcomers like me trying out archery for the first time. I think the equipment is great, the people I meet here are always so willing to help me, I really have a great experience every time!

It was a really cool experience. A nice instructor taught us how to shoot for the first time and then we practiced for 30min.

I will always have great things to say about Pacifica Archery. The guys working there know their stuff, are not afraid to share their wisdom and knowledge when it comes to getting the holes in paper closer together, and they're just plain awesome! Their Christmas party was extremely fun, it made being a customer feel like family. Don't have enough great things to say about this place!!!

Brought in my recurve bow (Sage Samick) and they did a wonderful job showing me how to put it together, string it and helped me pick out my accessories. The only regret is buying gear (Easton elite takedown hip quiver) from here and they did not warn me how difficult it is to remove the pouch. I ended up ripping the quiver a week later trying to remove the cardboard.Called in to ask what my options are and they told me I'm SOOL. I should have done more research.

Came in with a dry fired compound bow. Marnier inspected it and quoted me $25 to reinstall the strings. He got it done in 15 minutes including fixing the sight and peep sight. He also recommended a good target for home practice. Highly recommend this place because of staff like him.BTW there is a bad review in yelp where it said that he was quoted over $100 to fix a dry fire so he took his bow to Sausalito. That made reluctant to even go here. That review needs to be corrected

Overall, it was a cool, fun, new experience for someone whose never tried to shoot some arrows before. What you get? You get a very brief safety introduction, your bow, Quil, arm and finger guards, and 6 arrows. Then about 55 minutes to fire as many arrows as you can. That said, the people who were there didn't do much in terms of show you how to load your arrow, aim, and fire. They kind of just left you to figure it out all on your own. Truth is while they [the Archery staff] were all gabbing away, loudly I might add, the seemingly seasoned guy who just happened to be practicing with his very complex looking crossbow offered more tips to help us out. Nevertheless, if you're looking for something different and unique, give it a shot (literally). But don't expect some enlightening help or advice from the staff while you're there.
