straightforward car service, no sales talk, no upselling! The person in charge Mr. Oui gave me an honest assessment to my cars condition and repair charges, gives you a time frame for them to call you when car is done or you call them after the given time.

I have a Prius c and I’ve been coming here about 2 years now. Wei is very honest person, he tells you what you need and what you don’t need. The service and repair is swift and I’m extremely happy with everything here! Highly recommend:)

Went to get quote on brakes and tune up. The owner "Oui" pronounced (Y), was a breath of fresh air. I only waited twenty minutes for his response and to my delight I was informed I did not need brakes. The quote for tune up was very reasonable and the time estimate was acceptable as well. I had stopped in at a chain auto shop for same estimate and was told I needed brakes. That estimate for tune up with brakes was well over a thousand dollars. I'll gladly take the mom and pop experience over big box anytime.

Amazing service! I brought my car in with a flat when they were about to close and they took my car in anyways so I wouldn’t be stranded. They quickly found the nail and patched my tire so I could drive home safely in the rain. Absolutely recommend them!

A great little shop I've been taking my last cars to for the past decade and more. No frills, no bs, just honest work. If you have any car troubles, give them a call, if time allows, make an appointment to guarantee a timeslot, because this shop can get busy.Oai and his team are always a pleasure to work with. Professional, quick, and will get the job done. If there are additional underlying issues, he will let you know and suggest a solution.While I wait for my car to be ready, Universal Cafe is just down the street if you fancy a hearty Guatemalan breakfast.

As a long-time customer of Palace Auto Service, I am deeply disappointed and dismayed by my recent experience. My loyalty to this service center makes this situation particularly distressing. My visit was supposed to be simple – an oil and filter change, along with a quote for replacing wiper motors. After agreeing on the terms, I left my vehicle expecting the usual reliable service.To my surprise, upon picking up my vehicle, not only had the wiper motor not been replaced, but I found that the rear brake pads and rotors were replaced without my knowledge or consent. This unauthorized service was a shocking deviation from our agreement, resulting in unplanned expenses and a breach of trust.This incident is a stark contrast to my previous experiences and showcases a serious lapse in communication and professional ethics. It's disheartening to see such disregard for customer preferences and authorization, especially from a service provider I used to trust. This unethical practice has not only caused immediate inconvenience but has also made me reconsider my future dealings with Palace Auto Service.I urge others to be cautious – what once was a dependable service has now shown a side of unreliability and poor customer service.

-- TLDR: Trustworthy - Experienced - Reliable - Educational/Informative - Excellent Pricing - Fast Service - Good Communication - My review as a long time customer who gets all my services done here big or small - -- Wow it's been 8 years i've been coming here (for context my car is 16 years old). I've never had any major services done until recently and I think that shows how well they've taken care of my car all these years. I've even previously asked if i should get xyz done and Oai gives me his honest opinion which is a testament to his character because they only work on what is required; i've since stopped asking because I know i'm in good hands. Pictured are the faulty parts they replaced (as they always inform you what's going on with the car). And as trusted, during this visit without asking, I was notified that my clutch was going to need replacement soon. He explained it was the reason why my car was not accelerating well. I was kinda worried it'd all cost a fortune cuz I know clutch costs a lot to replace but I knew Oai is fair and to my relief the pricing/experience was consistent. My car always drive out of here better than when it goes in. While waiting for my car I was having a good conversation/joking with Oai and fellow customers and that's when I learned that Oai's been in business for over 20 years. When you come, they're busy but also always manage to service you as fast as possible and have good communication along the way (compared to my previous auto experiences); the proof is in the pudding. We even took a picture to remember the moment lol but I'm not posting it to consider the privacy of the other customers. Especially a gem as a female customer who's been previously scammed by other shops. (Do a little research beforehand; or come to Palace Auto!) I fricken love this place; Oai, his team, and Palace Auto are a blessing to the community and I know I'm not the only one who thinks so. I always leave this place with my little car to zip around in full trust to go where I need to go because Palace Auto always takes care of it worry/trouble/scam free.

I've been taking my cars to this shop since I got my first car 10+ years ago. There's no other mechanic I'd take my car to. The quality of service is always top tier, and I got just about all my needs done here. Tire repairs + new tires, oil and brakes changed, tune ups, etc. And to top it all off, the prices are so fair and honest. Word of advice, call the shop before you head over! They'll always tell you the best time to come in if you know what service you need.

Had an issue where a stud for the left front lug nut broke off on when I was trying to remove a tire with a nail in it. Mr. Y did a great job of repairing my vehicle and making sure I got it before the end of the day on Saturday. Also compared to other places his quote was very reasonable. Will pay him another visit in the future if I need further work done on my car.Services: Tires

I had a very good experience at this shop. I had work done on my 2012 Honda Civic before a cross country drive and the mechanic that worked on my vehicle was very friendly and helpful. They did not charge for more work than was needed and were very helpful.
