The variety of hair stylists do a decent job as far as I can see and additionally, Lisa does henna! Just make sure you bring your own!

Been going here since I was a little girl. My dad has been getting his hair cut here for as long as I can remember, and we've never been anywhere else! Ricky never fails to cut and style your hair the way you want him to. I've also gotten my prom hair and makeup done by him, and he's wonderful!! I will definitely stick around for as long as I'm living here in the area. Look for Ricky Sarmiento!

I've been getting my hair cut here since I was 12 years old, and I've never trusted anyone else with my hair. Raymond has given me perms, trims on long hair, short bobs, and (since about 2011) adorable pixie cuts, which not every stylist can do well. What's so great about the cuts is that Raymond is honest about what works and what doesn't, and I really appreciate him for it. I've come in with a few pictures of what I want, and he'll do something similar to what I show him, but with minor alterations to complement my face shape so it actually looks *good* on me. He makes me laugh and keeps me looking super dope, and that keeps me coming back year in and year out.

This place is not customer friendly: 1) When I came in, no greeting. The front end lady looked at me as if I was from another planet. 2) Speak English when you greet people. Don't assume they speak Tagalog, Chinese, etc. 3) You have to remodel this place. It looks like a dump. 4) Whoever is assigned to the front desk needs to have have some customer service skills. Customers are the reason you are there. We pay your salary. 5) My recommendation, NEVER come to this place. I work in the service industry too, so I look at customer service hard. They have NO customer service, period!!!
