Well-organized beauty product selection. Pricey, but the items Sephora offers are top notch. I personally buy Urban Decay products there.Parking in the lot adjacent to the store is usually packed weekends and weekday afternoons.

Worst service ever. Made my daughter cry when picking up an item we bought online. And it took over 20 minutes to pick up an item that was ready.

Myself and a girlfriend of mine dropped in today to do some shopping. From the time we walked in the door they watched us being people of color. But I overlooked that and went on to ask for a few perfumes to try on. To see what I'd like best. The watching continued needless to say I felt the need to leave the store instead of purchase from the store. And on top of it it was the manager who was following us around. I would have hoped they would have had better training and how to deal with different cultures. We can't visit our own insecurities due to race religion or Creed on to others. Especially when you're in a place of business. It's just ridiculous needless to say I won't be visiting Sephora out at Serramonte anymore! Get up with the times it's 2023 not 1865. We no longer are picking cotton we're now picking fragrances out of Sephora message one.

Extremely deceiving at the cash register to try to get you to sign up with their credit card. The woman checking me out offered the credit card. I told her I wasn't interested if the interest rates were higher than 27%. She says there is no annual fee, and then she proceeds to tell me, "We don't charge interest if you make your payment on time." Which is so deceiving because this isn't true. I asked her, "So you're telling me if I make a minimum payment on the card, I will not be charged interest then?" In which she then hands me a booklet about the credit card. Telling me I can "look for myself." In which I did and pointed out to her that the rate was over 28% and that I'm not interested. Mind you, there is a LONG line behind me, and she is the only person at the register because the other girl just went on lunch. Then she tells me I could get so many points if I sign up for the credit card. After I stated I wasn't interested twice. I was getting anxious that everyone was waiting behind me, and this woman kept pushing the credit card on me that I didn't want. This is wrong on so many levels. If you guys are going to have your reps pushing credit cards, this isn't the way to do it. So condescending to be handed a booklet and told to look for myself when she was clearly exaggerating her statement. Of course, there is no interest fee if you pay the full amount before the bill is due. But to tell me there's no interest fee if I pay my bill on time is deceitful to the fullest. I will never return to this location again. Not one person offered me help on the floor. The line was long, and I waited just to get to the register just to be harassed about a line of credit I don't even want. Spent over $100 here on moisturizer for heaven's sake! Re-train your staff on the upsell for credit cards because if I was a young person and didn't know any better, I would be a world of trouble. Would you want your daughter to be deceived like this?

Overall it’s a good store, however the staffs mood changes when it comes to checking out, I had asked for a small sample, when the cashier rudely said “no we don’t” almost cutting me off mid sentence.

One of my favorite beauty stores to shop in. Ordering on the app to pick up curbside is convenient for me to pass by before going home without the hassle of finding parking, getting distracted with other goodies, and waiting line. Or I sometimes order for pick up which I can walk to the register without having to wait in line to pick up my order. I order my makeup shampoo conditioner and other face products. Today I purchased hair products to maintain my healthy hair. ?

I am no expert on makeup, came in looking for a full face experience. Sabrina was so sweet helping me, and lead me right to Laurie, who was a GODSEND! So grateful, happy and satisfied. Really helpful employees and the vibe is more welcoming than the Burlingame one they have a fair amount of inventory so most likely you're going to be able to find what you're looking for. I would say the downside is the parking situation is always pretty tricky. A limited number of small tight spaces and and I would have liked to have seen a second register opened once you have six people in line but at the end of the day I just don't think that's too much of a big deal. So I do recommend this location for the polite kind employees and the amount of product they have.

Great service and a lot of perfume brand for ppl to choose!(There is also a Sephora in Stonestown but they don’t have as much brand as this store).Still open during COVID-19 and free hand sanitizer for customers!)

I had 3 things on my shopping list. I planned to walk in and out. I was one of three total customers at the sephora today and two total associates. One customer was getting her makeup done and the second was an apparent off-duty associate checking out. So I was thinking sweet, she'll check out then I'll be helped next. Nope, apparently this meant social hour for the cashier to talk about how she's off in 10 minutes and other work matters. My husband literally had time to walk to the food court, get boba, walk back, stop by and ask me if i'm still waiting, walk to the Levi's section, purchase jeans and then return..... all while I was the only person waiting to be helped. Normally i'm not the person to not say anything. I chose the wrong day to practice patience. The cashier ruined this location for me.

Came into the store looking at new products. I was ask if i needed help, i reply just looking. than the store associate proceed to get on the walkie and describe my outfit as an individual to pay attention too. I left after that , i want to feel good while I'm shopping

Small but very well kept an well staffed. This store is great if you are in the mall and have that itch that needs to be scratched. Though they obviously cannot carry every brand, I find that they do carry the full range of whatever brands they do carry. Fenty Beauty, ABH, Urban Decay, etc. Skincare, perfumes and colognes, accessories, brushes. All there for your convenience. Friendly staff. Tell them what you are looking for and they are off to find it in store, or tell you where you may purchase it if they do not carry it or are out. Always convenient, I stop there every time I am in the mall. There is always something I need that they will have.

I came in really needing my make up done, as I was in a bind and Jamie was awesome! She was so personable, knowledgeable and recommended really good products (and I'm picky!). My foundation looks awesome. The other girl that did my eye shadow, Cassie, was also so sweet and did an amazing, she really went above and beyond by doing my liner off the clock. If coming to get your makeup done request Cassie or Jamie!!

Why am i here? Im giving four stars because they have plenty seats for me to wait for the wife at.... 1 star negative cause i have to be here and plenty of invisible stars for my wandering eyes. If ya know what i mean(wink wink)
