Abbey was a gem! Don’t lose her! She went out of her way to help find an alternative to a lip liner I was looking for. She went in the back to check stock, and then went around and swatched almost 10 different lip liners for me and showed me ways to make more hydrating like the original one I wanted.
Amazing customer service! She genuinely wants to help which is sometimes rare, unfortunately.

My go to branch if sephora. Bought a moroccan oil specifically to protect my hair from heat damage and when I came to pick up my order, there’s an Olaplex Bonding Oil mini sample that came with my order. I like trying new products and this Olaplex protects from heat damage too.
I like getting products that are related to what I’m looking for and thank you Sephora for doing just that.

They don’t check their online orders period. Multiple times do I wait almost the entire day only for it to be canceled. It’s not just me either; it’s my sister and co-workers too. All the same Sephora. Weeks ago I had an order for pick up because my sister was running errands and I had work. MORE THAN FOUR HOURS AND ITS STILL PROCESSING. My sister goes in and it’s not busy and asks about it. The employees respond with “Well is she here?” What kind of response is that? My sister is there and asking for a reason! I had put my order in at 11am and my sister was there at 4:30pm. There is zero excuse. They claimed they’re short staffed but my sister had applied to that same Sephora and they rejected her application. This store is not busy. They don’t want to do their jobs. I put an order in for same day delivery around 11:30am today and it’s almost 4:30pm now. Guess what? Still processing! This is ridiculous.
I’m no longer shopping at this Sephora. I’ve attached screenshots from Today’s order as proof.

I went in with my sister to buy to buy her a Mother's Day gift on May 12th.
We bought Jo Malone Frangipani... and all the time we were being watched suspiciously by couple... a man and a woman pretending to try out beauty products.
They followed us right to the door... and the way they were watching us was so creepy and I was expecting them to pounce on us at any second.
And it was very obvious to us and other shoppers the way that they were acting towards us.....

No greeting upon entrance from any employee. My friend and I were followed by a strange man from the time we entered the store to the point where I almost called the authorities. I found out later that he was undercover loss prevention named Mike. Have you ever heard of loss prevention making shoppers feel unsafe? Why would a random unkempt man be breathing over our shoulders before we even started shopping? I would never recommend this location, especially if you are African American, or any person of color. I am mortified and disgusted. Shop where you are greeted helped and not profiled.

Been to this branch a few times, and each time, I was treated like dirt. One time I asked for Amorepacific. They looked at me like I was saying something weird. More recently, I bought jomalone online and picked up instore. I asked if they have any sample of anything to share and they rolled their eyes saying they don’t have any. Like I was begging. Lol. I just bought jomalone. Better to buy online. I thought I was the only one who’s been treated this way because when I go there I’m not always dressed up, but looking at the reviews, it seems that this store has the propensity to hire people who look down on others.

Upon entering, this place looks like it had a lot of options to choose from. A lot of employees working but none that even were offering up help. I stopped to ask someone for help, and she didn't even speak English. She called someone on her headset to help me. The lady that came was not helpful. I had asked her for items, and they did not have anything in stock. From Clinique to perfume as Coco Chanel. The lady told me to go to Macy's. She kept following us around. Asking if we need anything, it was annoying. Mainly because everything we asked for they didn't have. Sadly, I left not buying anything. Luckily, I was able to get my products online.Sadly, I think I'm better off just purchasing online like I've been doing during COVID-19. I guess like the lady said, maybe if I want something, I'm better off going elsewhere.

Worst Sephora I've ever gone to. The security guard was the only person who even looked my way and greeted me. There were workers arranging since it was 45 minutes until closing, but none of them helped even if I just stood there on my phone comparing products.What set me off is when I was next to a lady on a wall with mini perfume sets and she asks her how she's doing and not me, even if I'm literally standing right there. Gave up and headed to the cash register to just grab a gift card instead. This is why I stick to online shopping everywhere but here.
