very bad experience and very bad Manager named Kevin and female customer service not professional,did not do their job or gave me solution for my issue. They even didn’t give me a receipt for my purchase that was less than two weeks ago. I would never buy from this shoe store again

You shouldn't have to holler over the music in order to talk to the employees, the music in this store is so loud that it's like walking into a club. That is so unprofessional ‼️‼️‼️

Worst customer service I have had in a long time. I ended up going to Journeys across the way to buy the exact same pair of shoes (they had more options too).
