Worst service ever. I redeemed my scratcher/lottery winnings twice at this store and both experiences were terrible. The first time I redeemed a lottery winning and some older lady printed another ticket for me and disappeared from the counter and never came back. I wanted my payout and I was so confused when she just handed me a new ticket and left before I had a chance to say anything. For my second visit, I was redeeming a scratcher and a woman slightly younger than the previous woman I seen before said part of the barcode was unreadable so she cannot pay me out. It was clearly a winning ticket, but she was giving me an attitude for her not being able to scan the ticket. Rude rude rude!

Super shady place. Came in with a winning $50 scratcher and wanted money/cash. They wouldn't give me cash and instead wanted me to buy something. They said they didn't have $50. That's such a lie. What a shady business. If you're selling lottery, you should have money to pay people out and not lie about it to make a buck. Grabbed my ticket and left before they cashed or kept it.

Been going here and it has been go horrible. I would buy drinks and there are no prices written, and everyone you get rung up it's a different price depending who it is. Then they sort change you some thinking they're slick. Final straw was when I bought a power all ticket, went to redeem my winning ticket and realized their ticket checker is behind the counter (odd). This lady proceeded to ask if I won, I said "I think so" and she proceeded to check them and said "not a winner" it was not until I called her out after that I'm pretty sure at least 1 is a winner she gives me $4 and keeps all my vouchers WTF

Dec 2021, I went there to buy a PowerBall lottery ticket, the woman behind the counter, she may be Middle Eastern or East Indian, about in her 60's, with a semi bitchy look. I told her I would like to get a PB quick pick please, she looked like she was not listening, I asked again and handed her a $20 bill, she took it and ask if I want to use it all for tickets, I said I just want one, she said she does not have change. I ask if someone bought a pack of gum, would she have change, she again said she does not have change for a $20. I understand that a store do not make much at all from selling a ticket, but if one do not want to sell a ticket and give change for a $20, then why bother selling tickets, it gives me the impression of beggars being choosers. She was not rude, just not friendly and it was obvious she did not want to sell a $2 ticket and give change for a $20 bill. This is not the first time I've been there, I go there once in a blue moon and have always felt their unfriendliness. My elderly father has been there before also to buy lotto tickets and the person(maybe a different one) ignored him, while taking care of customers that were after him. That's just my opinion, personally, I would not go there again from now then. Try for yourself.

I cashed in a winning scratcher and the man at the counter demanded a cut of my winnings!!! He helped himself to $5 and walked away!!!! I am appalled at this behavior!!! I have contacted the Lottery office and hope they yank their license!!!

Came here because we wanted to buy a bottle of alcohol, and had just finished grocery shopping next door. How perfect that there's a liquor store right there! They even have a wide variety of alcohol available. Unfortunately, I would not recommend you come here because 1. it's quite expensive and 2. they are not taking safety precautions against COVID. 1. A bottle of Patron here is $60+ when it's normally $40-45. I normally would have overlooked this, because I understand since it's a small liquor shop, if it weren't for the next point... 2. They have a sign saying masks are required on the door, but the man behind the counter was not wearing a mask AT ALL. He didn't put one on after we entered the store either and just started talking. While he was friendly, it's really not worth the risk, in my opinion.

Saw this for the first time tonight and went in at 8:30pm 10/20 - woman with dark hair talking loudly on speaker phone with a black mask tucked under the chin. I thought she'd have the decency to pull it up once she got to the cash register. Nope. Started asking me something with her black mask still down. I had been looking for three bottles of wine, but not worth the hassle and risk. I walked out telling her it I was leaving because she wasn't wearing a mask. Response: "oh" Couldn't have cared less about losing a $60+ sale. You know what, I don't care either. This place is blocks away from where I live but won't be coming back.

Amazing service every time I've gone into this store. The employee definitely new how to sell his customers items they were browsing, as well as giving me a chance to get a better deal if I bought a second bottle of water. Super nice would recommend to N~E~1

Just went down to the good ol liquor store, and was worried as usual because I didn't wanna be insulted and bashed by the rude old asian lady. To my surprise, I walk in and see a new pair of workers behind the counter. God, you don't know how happy that made me. They are so polite. I told the lady that I'm so happy they're the new owners because the previous owner was extremely ridiculous. She tells me how everybody is saying the same thing about the old owners. I know this store lost a lot of their business because of the previous old hag asian lady owner, but if you are a local who stopped shopping here because if the old asian lady's terrible customer service, I recommend coming by again and checking it out again. I give a big "**** You" to the old asian hag who brought this wonderful store's business down!
