Well, I'd trusted more this T-Mobile, than the one over here on Mission St. and the end of Ocean Avenue.I went here first, but this employee's are not attending pretty good if we ask for help. See, I has a problem with my Android phone, when I called someone I didn't ring the other phone, so, did shot off if wasn't connected.So, I had to go to the one from Daly City, they activated my phone two times. But the third time I had to do it myself, it takes time, but I am getting more practice. Maybe, I don't go there for help anymore. My phone is working pretty good now. Can you see some of my photos? Came here to upgrade my phones and Max made the experience super easy for me. He took the time to calculate the price differences for the different plans. Max is an asset to T-Mobile! Give that man a promotion. Great customer service!

Worst T-Mobile store to go customer service very bad I was told on the phone with T-Mobile customer service sim card will be free since I am a customer and the last work they demand money and her attitude very rude this place lie so much for the customer don’t go here you can even see how many bad reviews about this place shop at your own risk

My girlfriend went there to ask about international travel. The guy told her she may pay 50 dollars to buy data. He did not take the time to look and what service plan she had. Then he just said call 611 an ask them. My girlfriend drove to this T mobile to talk to a real person for help,and the guy says call 611. Not good service. No wonder the place was empty

Sally is amazing. She is super knowledgeable and has awesome customer service. She is always there to help and answer any questions you may have. She is also a great leader because she is willing to step in to assist her associates to ensure the customer receives the best customer service experience. I would highly recommend coming to this T-Mobile location.

Great store and superior service. Sales rep know they're doing and was able to answer all my questions flawlessly. I went into the store not knowing what I wanted to get and was not prepared to buy at all. The staff was very knowledgeable and was able to walk me through an updated plan with unlimited data, brand new phones and a slight increase to what I'm paying now because of the new phones. All in all great store and friendly staff, will definitely recommend my friends and family to this store, staff are the reasons why I keep coming back.

We had a great experience!! Sam the sales agent is very polite and knowledgeable. He answered all our questions and concerns, and set up our new phone in no time at all. Sam has excellent customer service. We highly recommend this place!!

[email protected]…) is the worst, don't allow him to help you. If he tries to help, walk out and call the 800 number. Don't allow him to give you any help or feedback. He gave us the wrong information, and we are now out $1,000 since we can't make changes to our plan due to his lack of knowledge and his ill advise. He told us to do the exact opposite of what should have been done. Sounds like they aren't trained, just looking to get a commission, and don't care. Called the manager (Sally P), she didn't seem too interested, and the assistant manager (Jackie) also needs to be trained since she co-signed on Luis' guidance. Better to just call T-mobile 800 number since the associates don't know anything, plus they end up calling the 800 customer service people to make changes anyway.

Avoid this place, if you like your money. This is the worst place to go to get any information or service with your phone. As soon as you walk in there, you have that bad feeling.Went into the store looking to find out why my parnets phones could not call each other. The guy looked at it and said sinceits a IPhone 7, the hardware isnt being updated and its a know problem that 7 to 7 calls wont go thru. So he was trying to get my elder parents to buy 2 new updated phones and they decided to wait and do some research. Well we went to the Tmobile store in Serramonte today and we were out of there in less then 5 minutes when the girl at the counter looked at the phone and noticed both of my parents phones were blocking each other numbers. So if you want to get scammed with some BS, then go to the store near BIG5. if you want a great experience, go to the store in Serramonte shopping mall.

Don't come here unless you like to get lied to and scammed. First of all, don't tell your customers "if we have time, we can do it for you". Second, the guy (West) kept pushing us to upgrade our plan because of the "extra perks" but in the end we would be paying more monthly and there wasn't anything else we needed aside from our current plan and new phones. He lied and said that our plan was X dollars/month with new phones when it really was 22 dollars/month less — yes, we ended up going to another store and actually had someone help us get what we wanted. And also after reading the other reviews here, looks like you guys need to hire better people or new management.

I went in to get a SIM card that my daughter had bought for me from another state and she told me just to go ahead and pick up the SIM. Card but unfortunately they employee that was helping me male presume it was Hispanic. Was trying to sell me and I told him about the situation that I just need to pick up a SIM card that has been bought through the customer service by. My daughter I'm trying to sell me a SIM card which she had no clue and insisted that I must. Pay for the SIM card. With customer service he needs to be more polite kind and well understood and he could have checked the swithe situation online.

I bought the sandisk card. And they didn't allow me to return this card. It's 100% new and wasn't open. The federal return policy is 30 days with a receipt. I still have 15 days to return but they refused. Bad service. Never t -mobile again ??
