I came in to adjust 2 pairs of sunglasses. Vincent Llorin, Licensed Optician, was very professional, and I didn’t need to make an appointment. He made the adjustments and cleaned them. He knew I didn’t purchase them but that was okay. Good service and nice.

Store just next to the coffee parlor,clean , relaxing atmosphere, Hessler explained my insurance process, setup on-site eye exam same day, his co worker Leo helping on my eye glass order, great ream works, all done in an hour.
Also, price is lower than big C warehouse.

Evelyn Yadao at the Target Optical store in Serramonte provided exceptional service. I approached her for assistance with replacing the left eye pad on my Oakley prescription glasses. Without hesitation, she professionally asked me to wait while she finished helping another customer. Once available, she kindly inquired how she could assist me and promptly repaired the glasses within 10 minutes. Her efficiency and professionalism deserve a 5-star rating.

We have been to this optic before and almost never really been a fan of the cashiers buuut Jean Lozano who gave us her card was so nice and helpful, i am in need for glasses soon and 100% will be coming to buy them when she is in shift, thanks so much for your kindness!!

I ordered progressive lenses, which I ultimately hated and have no idea why anyone would want to wear them! But, I digress…
The staff was lovely and very helpful. They took the time to make sure that the exchange was done correctly and were super friendly. I’ll definitely be going back there next year for my exam.
