I had to give a star to post something If it was up to me, I wouldn't have gave a star at all. How does the store open at 8 o'clock? But the fitting room does not open up until 9am. I just spent 25 minutes picking out. At least different 15 pieces of clothing Just to be told I have to wait 30 minutes to try everything on.

Service suck! Manager Mauricio unwillingness to help a costumer is ridiculous. Had to call corporate guest relations to assist since he was not able to override a return supposedly.
Terrible seems like he does not train his employees well. Electronics does not even know the return policies. Told me I had 30 days when really it was only 14.
He also seems miserable at doing his job just overall unwilling and dismissive.

I’m giving 5 star solely because of Daniel. I always see him running around helping customers, opening locked products with urgency. He is an all star in this store in my opinion.

I received a very concerning email/survey asking me "how my return experience was?" But I didn't return anything at all. I tried calling the store over 15x. No answered at all.

Self check out limits... it's 10 items or less now.... Which is suppose to speed up wait times, right? It's a good idea on self check out IF they actually monitored it. They should program the self check out to ask for overrides if it's beyond 10 because I've seen people with FULL carts go to self check out. Just a thought...

Doors say they close at 10PM but I came by at 9:50PM to grab a QUICK bag of dog food, & the associates and security guards just stood by the doors inside watching me ask to be let in. Arms crossed and everything like they were enjoying the show. Sadists.

AMAZING curbside service! So easy & the young lady who brought my order to me was simply lovely. She was personable, professional & kind. she loaded a microwave into my car while making pleasant small talk with me Excellent customer service Kaori! i was so impressed I made sure to get her name! thank you!!

I was doing some last minute shopping for a Christmas tree, and was pleasantly surprised by Williams service. He was working on a task, but was more than willing to help us with the last tree they had in stock. Thank you so much for the help !
