really not surprised with the quality of service received here. They have such a huge selection of things, so whenever something needs to be done odds are they have it. The prices are reasonable, but if you need help I'd probably just do the research on your own first

Nick, the manager at this location, is useless AF.I was there to there pick up an online order at the customer service desk and was standing behind someone who was also getting help. He comes up me and says I'm not where I am supposed to line up, then directs me to where it starts.Minutes later, other people also started lining up where I originally was (there were no clear indication on where the line is supposed to start), and instead of having them line up behind me, he let's them proceeds to get help before I do. How does this make sense?......useless.

Home Depot doesn't communicate with the online service, they don't do what you paid for after they send you a confirmation email. Well ....you all know I wasn't taking all that lying down. I paid for a manual drop off it inside my pickit fence the driver refused I was on the phone with them and they agreed with him.The manager says ohh "I understand the confirmation email as it reads. It doesn't say a front yard and they can only drop it where they can fit a forklift.... please tell me where you see that.....by the way the delivery charge was $124.00.

I went to rent a box truck from them after my reservation being canceled at other HD locations. I called the night before my reservation to ensure they had a box truck as I rented, and they said yes they did and confirm in the morning. I called in the morning and again they confirmed they had one in good and working condition.I show up for my rental and the associate who helped me, Antonio, was really nice and attentive. He got everything squared away for me pretty quickly. However, he missed a major issue on the truck that ended up costing us way more time and money than we anticipated. After going through a check of the truck he said everything was good. As I was loading it up, I noticed the tire was low on air. To avoid any issues I immediately went back in and brought it to their attention. The supervisor just said "well we can't rent it then" and then said she'd to look at it. I asked if it could be fixed and she just immediately said no. After going out to look at it, she just shrugged and said she couldn't rent it. I was fully expecting a truck to be available for me to use and when I asked about other options, every other truck had an issue with it. She tried for another location but they didn't have anything'. I walked out without a truck and instead had to rent a pick up from HD at a different location which took double time for pick ups and drop offs for our move. 1. Missed major issue with the truck 2. No working trucksI like renting with HD but trying to find a truck after making a reservation and plans for moving was a complete fail

Easy to find and easy to park.Two story building, so be aware.Good layout of items and help is easy to find and get advice.Bonus: Safeway and mod pizza and asian food is a minute away.

Usually visit here to buy some tools or materials.This time, what I need was only 7 pieces on shelves, and the clerk helped me find another stock on the top of shelves quickly. So, I can buy all at a time.I am very appreciated with it. It takes me over an hour back and forth from San Francisco.Nice service manners and react to my needs quickly.

Lighting for the bathroom or bedroom- even for the patio- when you get it right- wow does it look good! Our bathroom ceiling fan conked out, so we came here for a replacement- many choices- so we are thinking it over! Wanted some RED for LNY, but got a late start on red bulbs... found red tulips, leaves coming up and 2 strong plants ready to bloom in a week... my husband said: "you got it planted already? Amazing! Thanks HD!

It's a somewhat large store due to it being 2 stories, plus it has decent parking, and being $HD Home Depot it covers a little bit of everything.That said, I found it lacking in quality offerings during my trip to get a Plunger and Shower Liners. Okay I know $BBBY would be a better choice for Liners, but they had a nominal selection of curtains at $HD.As for the Plunger all they had were 2 options available both cheaply made. I need to go to Lowes $LOW for what I want now.As for Service, I'd suggest asking for both the Aisle & Bay from the Service Counter if trying to locate an item, it makes locating easier. regarding the aisle staff they get busy and we're very hit and miss.Also $HD carry Holiday items, and were setting up Christmas elements for October 1st.Overall it's convenient, but I have had a better experience at other $HD stores.

NEGATIVE STARS. I went to Westlake Home Depot to return some plants I bought several months ago. Home Depot's plant return policy is one year. I did not have the right receipt and those guys just gave me dirty looks. I said I bought the plants from Home Depot and one guy said "For sure, you did!" The condescending attitude is just completely unnecessary. NO REFUND, NOTHING. I ended up just leaving the plants there because I don't want to lug them home, they are too heavy for me. BTW, when I was there, one black guy walked in and walked out with a vacuum cleaner. Everyone including Home Depot staff saw it but no one did anything. So conclusion, they just rob honest people. Dog eat dog.

had home depot install carpet in one of my unites. Installer did an excellent job. the floor company called me up 3 days before scheduled date of insulation asking if we could schedule a few days ahead of time. I said OK. Then I receive a text message with a picture of recite for a charge of $150.00 for moving a bed out of apartment $75. and $75. for fireplace. The apartment does not have a fireplace nor did it have a bed. The signature was not mine. I told that to the lady calling. She threatened to take me to court. I said fine. This is the third issue I have had with home depot. Michael Canevari

Ordered a dishwasher from Home Depotn 1092. No problem with the ordering process. No problem with the dishwasher itself. Had a bad experience with the service to deliver and install the dishwasher. Home Depot 1092 uses TEMCO to deliver and install appliances. Technicians were not polite. They made quite a mess and left a trail of water through my kitchen and dining room. It's not difficult to the release the water from the drain hose, but for some reason they did not do that before removing the old dishwasher, so the water leaked out as they moved out of my house. In addition, their truck was blocking my neighbor's driveway. When I asked them to move the truck they refused. They said that they were almost finished. My neighbor waited and asked again. They again said that they were almost done. This is very discourteous behavior and not appreciated. In the past I would order appliances from Sears and always had good experiences with Sears. If ordering a home appliance, I would recommend Sears over Home Depot and Amazon every time. The service is just better.

What happened to the customer service??? Had to do a exchange on a Ryobi vacuum for the second time, (horrible product) and this time they refused it without a receipt. The product has a 3 year warranty and is a proprietary product for them. I only had it 4 months and two exchanges! I guess they think people like to exchange products for fun! Well I don't. So, I left and will order new vacuum from Amazon along with all the other products I need to run my store. I guess it was a good reminder to be kind to your customers and treat them good, so they keep coming back to your store!
