I am usually a big fan of Uniqlo before the pandemic. But somehow, they changed the way they do business after the pandemic. I'll still check out their store now and then, but it's no longer a must-see store for me anymore. This Uniqlo is the same as almost all the Uniqlo. It is clean, very luminous, and very well organized. The clothes and other accessories sold at Uniqlo are good quality and reasonably priced in most items. However, the prices sometimes are confusing. Make sure you're paying attention at the cashier. Customer service has room to improve. The employees here sometimes are not patient! I hope I'll see the helpful and attentive service return to Uniqlo.

3rd times at this store, picking up order at the back. All 3 times encountered rude as FXXK employees! Bad attitude and never friendly or welcome vibes.

This complaint is regarding the Uniqlo company return policy. The team at Serramonte Uniqlo was friendly and sympathetic to my concern. It is very hard to contact Uniqlo by email. You're forced to use a chat box. I find it unreasonable that returns are only accepted at the location where they were purchased. In my case, to drive 25 miles round trip for a $40 return isn't worth it. They only offer you an exchange and not even store credit. This policy should be made clear at the time of purchase. Keep this in mind when purchasing from Uniqlo.

The young adult at the fitting room was extremely rude. He did not care about any person engaging in any friendly type of conversation.

Needed some foundation wear and a spring jacket fast!Uniqlo always delivers with its fast efficient clothing store vibe!Katelyn was super warm and helped me get the inventory tag off and she went the extra mile to get the price tag/label off without damaging the fabric or zipper...without hesitation!Love the customer service and I got to practice my 3 point shots.Would buy everything again!Woohoo!

I very much love uniqlo but yesterday I walk in and I hear the the employees talking to each other about someone stealing and then I get two pants to try it out In the fitting room, then I leave I the fitting looking at other things but I only picked out a shirt and jogger, and then as I’m about go to self check out a security guard who was my friend told me that they pointed me out for stealing and saying I had hella stuff and taking the tags out in the fitting room but had two items the guy who even walks you into the fitting room checked, and I was just laughing about it because I was so confused because I had no intentions of stealing. Then I go to self check out a girl checks my items when there’s another guy next to me and doesn’t put her hands all into his stuff like she did to mine I was just so confused on why she did all that. And when walking out the guy was just staring at me like I just stole something, just very disappointed that this happened to me because I love Uniqlo literally most of my clothes come from there.

We have been to many Uniqlo and so we stopped in this one. They have very good quality clothing . The sizes may be smaller than usually since they are made in Japan. I only got a shirt this time but my wife got a lot of blouses and pants. The unique thing about this check out is the scanning. Each item has a tag on it and you throw all of your stuff in the bin next to the checkout pad and it calculates all of the stuff. With great accuracy. We counted the stuff to be sure and it was right. It is so fast. I was amazed and it was really cool.
