Great UPS Store.
I’m from out-of-town and use this UPS Store when staying nearby with my inlaws.
They anticipate what I need when they see what I carry in the door.
They never play dumb. No drama.
One time, I used their fingerprint scanning service for a job application. No problems. Staff member was very patient.

My go to location to drop off all my packages mostly to return to Amazon since we don’t drop them off at kohl’s anymore. Most of the time, my husband double park and I run in to drop off the package. Literally in and out. Quick.

On my walks in my nieghborhood I've always noticed this store ( I'm usually on the otherside of Mission St.) and I didn't realize the scope of what services were offered . I needed some paperwork notarized and this location popped up on my google search ( Sweet, it's minutes away ) the two gentlemen were busy but did acknowledge me. Once free , they asked what I needed. One staff member helped me with my Notarized paper needs with efficiency and after the transaction I realized this location had offered more services. I needed a 51 page Health pamphlet that Kaiser had sent me in PDF form and I inquired if they could print it for me. BINGO ! One more thing off my to do list. I wish I got their names. It was on Friday after 5pm, customers in the store, Johnny ( Juan ) the local UPS guy picking up his packages, basically the rush before closing but the two staff guys were great !!!...I only have two thumbs BUT this location deserves 👍🏾👍🏽👍🏻👍🏿

I never have any issues at all coming to this location. Workers here are kind and quick to help. It’s really the fastest return I ever made anywhere. Thanks to the workers that run this UPS location

Always super friendly peeps, great staffing, they have a notary on-site almost ALL the time! Unlike the Westlake one.... parking lot in the back, decent hours, why go anywhere else?????

Donald, a manager here, is so kind and lovely. He offered patient and helpful service.
I much prefer to come here rather than in the city because it’s a lot more peaceful to navigate parking and traffic regardless of the time of day.

Worst UPS Store Experience Ever - Avoid at All Costs!**
I came to this UPS Store with the simple intention of shipping a few documents to NYC using a standard, affordable option (5-7 business days). To my surprise, they *refused* to let me use a regular envelope and *forced* me into purchasing their expensive UPS 2nd Day Air service, plus a return shipping label. I said how about using usps service but with UPS return label. They wouldn’t let me.
They took full advantage of the fact that I was in a rush and manipulated me into agreeing to their overpriced option, which cost me a ridiculous $101 to ship a couple of pieces of paper.
This place is a **rip-off**. They prey on customers who are under time pressure, and it feels like they look for any opportunity to charge the highest possible price. It makes me wonder if they charged me that absurd amount because I’m Asian.
Save yourself the frustration and money. **Do NOT use this store** if you want a reasonable, fair, and transparent shipping experience.

Very rude! The guy asked me to move my car cause it was slightly blocking the entrance. He acted like he wasn't going to give me my package unless I moved. Not like they were super busy dude was all kicked back on his phone. I think he just needed to feel like he was big man on campus by telling me to move!

This UPS store runs quite efficiently handling return packages. The store staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Conveniently located and can get done shipping without waiting most of the time.

The staff here is wonderful. They all do their job quickly and kindly. I can trust to come in and out of this location without issue.There is a parking lot in the back but there is only space for one car to enter or exit. So if you are trying to enter while a car is coming out, you may find yourself having to back up into traffic. Leaving 5 stars because of the staff but the parking could be much better.

I want to share this one issue I had with the service the one morning came in to drop off a package if I can recall was a little after they are open at 830am and the one staff was helping a customer make some copies then 2 other customers came in behind me and the staff was still helping the guy with copies, the staff didn't give me or others behind me the courtesy for me or the other customers behind me with a gesture sorry to keep you waiting I will be right with you, the guy there just was silent and helping the customer I myself was waiting for 8 minute till finally got help, they should set a time for customers that want to make copies latter in the day because it will take time while people trying to drop off packages should have someone available in the mornings. More staffing in the mornings or if you don't have questions to ask staffing I see there is a scanner you can use then just put on the counter and don't need to wait.
